Good Pizza, Tricky Ordering
My experience at this restaurant was primarily positive, with the pizza being really good. The ordering process via QR code was a bit challenging for us, as we are from an older generation, but eventually, everything turned out okay. The food quality was excellent, and the atmosphere was very enjoyable, rated at a 5.
The service also received a high rating of 5. It was a quiet environment, making it easy to have conversations.

Very Slow Service After Game
My experience was marked by very slow service. After attending a Valkyries game, I had to wait 30 minutes for just two pieces of premade pizza. While the food was okay (rated 3/5) and the atmosphere was good (rated 4/5), the wait time was a significant issue.

Overpriced with Hidden Fees
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing due to its wildly overpriced nature and numerous extra/hidden fees. I regret falling for the hype again, especially after a similarly bad experience at Che Fico on Divisadero.

Location Great, Service Terrible
My experience at this restaurant was marred by terrible service. While the location is great, the server was non-attentive and ridiculously asked for my card before we even ordered food. It's a restaurant, so this was unexpected and frustrating.
I would suggest going next door instead.

Disappointing Late Opening
Just a heads-up, they don't open at 11: 30 AM as advertised. We arrived then and found out they actually open at noon. We made a special trip from across town and took time off work, only to be informed that they often decide to open late on many days.
This was a significant inconvenience.

Disappointing Pizza Experience at Che Fico
I can’t believe how unpleasant the pizza was! Che Fico had previously been my favorite pizza in the city—I’ve had great experiences ordering from the Dvisadero restaurant and eating there. I work near Thrive City (Chase Center) so walked over to Che Fico to get some pizza by the slice for lunch.
The regular cheese pizza was just not good. I ate one slice and threw the second one out, which is insane and unheard of for me. IMO, a regular cheese pizza is a consistent marker with which you can judge a pizza joint bc there are no distractions—it’s about letting their dough, sauce, cheese, and technique shine.
And this pizza was really disappointing.

Good Pizza, But Pricey
My experience at this restaurant involved trying their margarita pizza. The pizza itself was really good, although I found it to be quite expensive. The pizza sauce was excellent, but the cheese was just okayish.
They offer a wide selection of pizzas, salads, and cocktails, so it's worth checking out when you're in town.

Great View, Good Pizza, Outstanding Service
My experience at this restaurant was largely positive, highlighted by a great view and vibe. The service team was outstanding and very pleasant. Regarding the food, the pizza was decent and made with good ingredients.
However, compared to traditional Italian or Neapolitan pizza, it leans more towards a New York style, with a crust and dough that felt a bit oily and heavy. Given the many exceptional pizza places in San Francisco, this wouldn't be my first choice for pizza. Nevertheless, it's a good visit if you are around Chase Center.

Good Pizza, Room for Improvement
My experience at this restaurant was pretty good, especially for a group dinner. We visited before a Chase Center event, and despite them getting busy, we were seated within 30 minutes. The ordering process was easy with a QR code, and the food arrived quickly.
The pizza was great overall, though one of the vodka pizzas was cooked slightly too long, resulting in a less soft crust compared to the other pizza we ordered. I'd also recommend getting the suppli. While it was a good experience, there's definitely room to improve.

Terrible Food for the Price
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing, especially considering the high cost. The food was terrible, and I was surprised to see positive reviews about the pizza. The service and atmosphere were rated as average (3/5), but the food quality was a significant letdown (1/5).
