Beautiful atmosphere, poor bar service
On December 27th, 2025, I visited the lounge and found the atmosphere to be beautiful and everything else good. However, my experience at the bar was disappointing. I felt neglected by the bartender, an older gentleman. He attended to everyone else, asking if they needed more, but I had to actively try to get his attention. I'm unsure if he was having a bad day or if there was some form of discrimination involved.

Disappointing Policy Change
My experience was disappointing because the restaurant decided to disallow PP members without any prior announcement. It would have been better if they had made this policy known before customers waited in line.

Terrible Staff and Lounge Experience
My experience at this restaurant was overwhelmingly negative due to the terrible attitude of the staff at reception. The staff member used abusive language towards a colleague, which created a very unpleasant atmosphere. This was the worst lounge experience I have ever had.

Delicious Food and Excellent Service!
My experience at the restaurant was fantastic! I thoroughly enjoyed the vegetarian tacos and the Sapphire burger, both of which were absolutely delicious. The service was also really good, with Angela doing a great job. I truly appreciate her effort; she was very nice.

Disappointing Service with Priority Pass
My experience at this lounge was extremely negative due to the service. Despite being a Priority Pass member, which should allow one visit per year, they did not honor my membership. This was a significant letdown.

Long Wait, Canceling Card
For some reason, I pay $800 a year for the Chase Sapphire card and I still have to wait over an hour to get in. I'll be canceling. Avoid Chase, not worth it.

Server Incident Overshadows Good Food
My experience at the restaurant was a mix of enjoyment and bewilderment. The food was excellent, scoring a perfect 5 out of 5. However, the service was severely impacted by an incident involving a server named Christina. While I was having a relaxing time, Christina initiated a bizarre 'witch exorcism' with a dollar bill and salt shaker, causing a disturbance. When another employee attempted to clean up the mess, she reacted aggressively. This behavior is certainly not fitting for customer service. On a positive note, a young man named Benji, whose name I believe was Benji, provided great service and had to repeatedly apologize and clean up after Christina's actions. The atmosphere was rated a 1, suggesting it was not a positive aspect of the experience.

Uncomfortable Service Incident
My experience at the restaurant was marred by a disturbing incident involving a bartender, possibly named Christina. She was observed yelling, freaking out, and pouring salt on the ground, even throwing it at a coworker. This behavior made everyone, including myself and several others, very uncomfortable, to the point where we wanted to leave. I hope management addresses this kind of behavior.

Long Wait, Unwelcoming Staff
My experience at this restaurant has been consistently frustrating. I've tried to dine here five times this year, but the wait time is always over an hour, making it impossible to get in. Additionally, the front desk staff are unwelcoming, and I suspect they are selective about who they allow to enter.

Reserve member, still a huge waitlist
As a reserve member, I was unable to get a table because it was always full with a huge waitlist. The service and atmosphere were rated 1, and the food was also rated 1.
