My first visit to this restaurant was tonight, and it was an excellent experience. The service was great, and the food and drinks were fantastic. I was pleasantly surprised that the check was less than expected. I will definitely be back!

My experience at this restaurant was mixed. While the service was decent and the atmosphere was good, the food was a letdown. The eggs were good, but the chicken fried steak was disappointing, described as "Sysco bs. " The price per person was $10–20, and there was no wait time. The noise level was moderate.

My experience at this interesting little bar was quite positive. I loved the ambiance, though it was just really odd 🤣. All the food was good! I would like to try more things, but I had no complaints about what I had. The staff was all incredibly friendly, and I would definitely go back!

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic, primarily due to the chicken fingers. I believe they were the greatest I've ever had. The crispiness was five stars, and the taste was also five stars. What made it even better was that they weren't skinny, but rather beefy chicken fingers. I will definitely be going here again.

The atmosphere was a perfect 5 out of 5, and the food also received a 5 out of 5. We enjoyed Nachos for dinner, and the price per person was between $10–20.

I work nearby, and my husband and I stop here frequently for breakfast. Before heading to work, the breakfast is really good. We always have the same server, and she's really great. The vibe was very comforting.

The staff, including Gary and his crew, are incredibly welcoming and quickly learn to recognize their customers, showing appreciation for both new and returning faces. The burgers are a standout, often considered a contender for the best in town. The atmosphere offers a good balance with plenty of tvs and video poker for entertainment, as well as quiet booths for a more relaxed experience.

As Vegas born locals, my family and I have been patrons of Charlie's for quite some time, generally enjoying both the food and atmosphere. However, my recent experience with a server, referred to as "Barbie, " was exceptionally disappointing due to her disrespectful treatment and lack of knowledge regarding ADA laws. The issue began when she sharply questioned if my dog was a service animal, without any follow-up questions about her duties. After I ordered scrambled eggs for my dog, and began to transfer them to her bowl, the server rudely stated, "You're not going to feed that dog. " Despite my understanding of my legal rights under the ADA, I confirmed with the ADA website that I was within my rights to feed my service animal. The server then inquired about my dog's type and duties, which I provided. She offered no apology and stated she would inform her coworkers. This server is the only one I've encountered with a consistently sour attitude and poor customer service. She was rude about my disclosure of a disability during a medical episode and provided zero apology or rectification. My visits with this server have always been subpar due to her attitude and verbiage, but this incident was the worst. While the restaurant is not required to provide food for service animals, they cannot prohibit me from feeding my own animal its own food in its own dish. My service animal was on the floor under the table, as is appropriate. I will be equipping my service animal with a camera for future instances. I've included basic ADA restaurant laws for Nevada to assist future patrons.
