My experience at this restaurant was utterly disgusting. From the moment I walked in, the lady at the counter, who I later learned is named ANUBIS, barely acknowledged me. She's Spanish and doesn't speak any English, which immediately made me feel uneasy. I ordered two sandwiches: one gourmet meal with my sandwich and a small sandwich with a side of fries. Due to the language barrier, she seemed to put in whatever she wanted, which I initially let slide. Then, my order was missing the extra fries. After I received them, I got home and discovered a long piece of hair in one sandwich, and another in the second sandwich. It felt as if the hair was just placed there. My money was wasted, and my appetite was completely ruined. If I didn't live so far away, I would have returned immediately for a refund. Her nasty attitude and the inability to communicate in English are unacceptable. I'm confused about how someone who can't speak English at all is hired, especially without any consideration for cultural understanding. Let's make it make sense.

I love the service here! The staff helped a big back like me find exactly what my afternoon lunch will be every workday. It's a great place to make my co-workers jealous.

I came in to order a sandwich at 1: 30 PM. There was only one employee in the store doing everything. It took about 30 minutes to take my order and another 20 minutes for my food to be ready. I’m not blaming the employee because she was the only one taking orders and cooking. This is unacceptable for an establishment like this to treat their customers like this during rush hour.

I love Charley's, and their buffalo chicken cheesesteak is a standout with its tangy flavor, cheesy texture, and a good assortment of vegetables. However, the service at this specific location was the main issue. Upon entering, I wasn't greeted for about 5 minutes. The two staff members seemed overwhelmed by a not-large volume of orders, leading to a wait time of about 20 minutes for my food. Additionally, the lack of readily available amenities like a conspicuous napkin dispenser and self-service silverware was inconvenient.

My experience at this restaurant was terrible. I ordered a cheesesteak and it was the worse cheesesteak of my LIFE. I'm not a picky eater, but this sandwich was pitiful. It had big slabs of cheese that were barely melted on top of a pile of barely cooked onions. There were literally only about 4 pieces of the most shameful meat on there. It was horrible. I would have given 0 stars if possible. I paid almost $9 for what felt like an onion and mayo sandwich. Jersey Mike's is so much better; they blow this place out of the water. It was absolutely disgraceful and insulting. I never return items, but I almost went back in to ask if this was right. I will never again return to this establishment.

We were not greeted, and there were only two workers, indicating a need for more employees. The food was decent, rated 4 out of 5, and the atmosphere was enjoyable with a score of 5. My experience at this Charley's was disappointing. Despite arriving with no line, we faced a long wait to place our order because the workers were engaged in conversation. While the food tasted decent, it unfortunately did not sit well with us afterward. This is not our first time at Charley's, but this particular visit left us feeling unwell. It's sad because we love Charley's, but this was likely the worst Charley's we have been to in Orlando.
