Exceptional Braised Beef and Salad!
My experience at this restaurant was exceptional! The braised beef short ribs truly exceeded expectations. While the menu mentioned parsnip puree, I was pleasantly surprised and glad the chef opted for butternut squash puree. The crispy rice salad was outstanding, easily ranking in my top 5 salads ever. The persimmons were my favorite part of the salad. 😋

Bone Marrow Good, Rest Disappointing
I visited this place specifically for the bone marrow, which was indeed quite good. However, the overall experience was a huge disappointment. The Beef ragu rice cake was so bad that I threw it away, even after asking for a to-go box. The service was horrible; the bartender seemed to deliberately ignore me after the initial part of my visit. It took an eternity to get his attention, and I had to ensure he heard me, yet I was still left waiting awkwardly. He spent an excessive amount of time chatting with other customers, even after they had paid and were leaving, which didn't seem to be for tips. If it weren't for etiquette, I would have left less than zero dollars. Additionally, the restroom is located in the hotel on a different floor, and they charge a 3% card processing fee, which is questionable.
