A Neighborhood Gem with Delicious Korean Food
Hanok is a true gem! Since moving into the neighborhood, I've become a frequent diner here, and their dishes are consistently delicious. It's become the go-to favorite for friends and family visiting from out of town. The owners are incredibly kind and provide excellent service! The space is cozy, so making a reservation, especially for dinner, is highly recommended as they often get fully booked and start turning people away around 7: 00-7: 30 p. M. I particularly love their house-made kimchis, which vary slightly in flavor depending on the fermentation stage, but the seasoning is always great. For first-timers, I highly recommend the Dolsot Bibimbap (ensure you get the hot stone bowl version). My personal favorites are their soups and udon soups, with broths that are flavorful and perfect for gloomy weather. I've tried almost every dish on the menu and have yet to be disappointed. It's a great option for groups due to the variety of dishes and flavors, including vegetarian and vegan options. Don't forget to order their cinnamon drink after your meal; it's good for digestion and a sweet ending. *****

Terrible Bibimbap Experience
My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. I ordered the bibimbap, which turned out to be the worst I've ever had. It was served cold with raw tofu and completely lacked any flavor, making it zero flavor. To add to the disappointment, the portion was incredibly tiny. I cannot understand how this establishment garners such positive reviews, as my experience was far from authentic. I strongly advise others to avoid this place.
