Disappointing Return to Casey's
A couple of years ago, I lived next door to Casey's and it was by far my favorite pizza place. So much so that I went back there at my earliest convenience, and oh boy, was I disappointed. Not only is the pizza not as good, but it's actually pretty bad.
It's both basic AND expensive. Do yourself a favor and skip.

Friendly staff, but pricey food
My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. The staff were very friendly and nice, and the dining area was clean. However, the food was not worth the price.
All pizzas come in only one size, and a simple medium margarita without additional toppings was over $30. The food/price was not worth it. If they were to reduce prices by 30%, I would definitely recommend it.

Hidden Gem with Delicious Food
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! It's a true hidden gem in SF, and everything they offer is good. I was particularly impressed with the food quality, and the service and atmosphere were also top-notch, both receiving a perfect score.

Slow Service, Good Food
My experience at the restaurant was mixed. The place was slow. I ordered cider and a slice of pizza.
I found it difficult because people didn't speak English, and the staff didn't understand what I needed. However, the food was good, and the atmosphere was pleasant.

Racist Staff and Gentrified Pizza Joint
I would not recommend eating here if you are Black, as I believe the staff is incredibly racist. While picking up an order, I needed to use the restroom. A Latino staff member harassed and followed me to the bathroom, repeatedly knocking on the door.
I spoke with the hostess, who apologized and suggested I speak with Casey. However, I will not give her any chance. This is another gentrified pizza joint.

Excellent Pizza and Kind Service
As an Italian, I can say that the pizza is very, very good 👍🏻 congratulations! Furthermore, the staff was very kind to us. We arrived near closing time, and they still prepared our takeaway pizzas for us.

Pizza Great, Salad Disappointing
My experience at this restaurant was mixed. The pizza was great, but the Caesar salad was a significant disappointment. For EIGHTEEN DOLLARS, I expected a proper Caesar salad, not just a few pieces of little gems with grated cheese and a container of plain oil.
The "dressing" was just oil, which doesn't align with the typical ingredients of a classic Caesar salad (romaine lettuce, croutons, Parmesan cheese, and a dressing made with olive oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and anchovies). Due to this experience, we won't be returning. We're home with our 7-year-old!

Burnt Pizza, Fluffy Ricotta
My experience at this restaurant was interesting. The pizza is designed to be burnt, which I believe they do on purpose, as the crust was blackened. If you don't like this style of pizza, it's probably best to avoid this place.
However, the ricotta was nice and fluffy, and the overall presentation was satisfactory. I might try asking for a shorter cooking time next time.

Disappointing Delivery Experience
My experience with the delivery was disappointing. The food arrived cold, and the pizza was extra firm and overly chewy, suggesting old dough. While the flavor had potential, the overall meal was a letdown.
This was just my experience; I might try dining in again.
