Exceptional 5-Course Dinner with Dietary Accommodation
I attended an after-hours, 5-course dinner party where the menu had been prearranged. Chef Nathan went out of his way to accommodate my dietary needs. He prepared beautifully plated dishes that were full of flavor!
From the delicate pasta dish to the beet salad, it was perfect. The rack of lamb was the best I've ever had, and I highly recommend it.

Impeccable Birthday Dinner Experience
My partner and I celebrated his birthday here, and our dinner was absolutely impeccable! We started with their incredible sourdough, and shared the Pork Chop and Bavette Steak entrees – everything was absolutely delicious. The vegetables served with the steak were the highlight for me, perfectly roasted and dressed to perfection.
We finished with the semifreddo, which was legitimately one of the best desserts I’ve had at a restaurant. Hoping to come back here soon to experience some more of their smaller plates and pastas as well!

Incredible Anniversary Dinner Experience!
My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary here this evening (10/31/25) and had an incredible experience from the moment we walked in. The tasting menu included creative takes on classics (scallop crudo, waygu ravioli) as well as dishes we had never imagined (tempura octopus topped with chicharrons? !
Stunning!). The staff was accommodating and kind while allowing us to have quality time to chat about the experience and the delicious food! Even the bathrooms were a delight!
(May all bathrooms light a candle or two for our scent pleasure!) Lastly, the non-alcoholic mocktails were delectable and made us feel included rather than ostracized, which is so imperative for someone in recovery! We can’t recommend this restaurant highly enough!

Excellent Tasting Menu Experience
My experience at the restaurant was fantastic, especially with their tasting menu. The portions were big and served family style, which was great. They were very accommodating, making the dishes to your liking and dietary preferences.
I would advise going hungry to fully enjoy the generous servings.

Outstanding Italian Experience!
My experience at this wonderful Italian restaurant was outstanding, marked by exceptional food, service, and ambiance. The service provided by Jonah was terrific, guiding me to an amazing experience. The flavors were rich and harmonized beautifully, from the spicy octopus to the delicious pasta with frutta di mare, and even the wonderful sourdough bread and bagna cauda.
The meal culminated with the BEST dessert I've ever had: honey semifreddo with fig in three forms. It was truly unreal! I highly, highly recommend this place.

Disappointing Experience at Carello
My experience at this location, which I swear is cursed, was disappointing. Unfortunately, no restaurant here has ever been that good, and that includes Carello. As a group of four, we ordered a substantial amount of food: two crudos, wagyu riblets, focaccia, a puffed savory bread, herbed potatoes, the greens, the salmon belly, pork and duck cavatelli pasta, and the duck entree.
The best dishes were arguably the tuna crudo and the puffed bread. However, most of the other dishes tasted too fatty, lacked seasoning, and many were over salted. While many dishes sounded appealing, the execution was mid-tier, which is a letdown considering the pasta is $30 a plate, appetizers are $25, and entrees range from $30-50.
The service was just okay; our main server rarely checked on us, despite us being there for three hours. I believe there are far better Italian places elsewhere in Seattle.

Disappointing Experience with Salty Pasta
I came for a prime/fine night out, but my experience was underwhelming. Our server was unable to explain any of the dishes or what they entailed. The pasta dishes were very salty, and the $25 martini was also disappointing.
The only saving grace of the night was the scarpinocc, which earned the restaurant 3 stars.

An Unforgettable Culinary Journey
My experience at this restaurant was truly impressive. The atmosphere is softly understated, yet the food courses were incredible with exceptional flavor, technique, and design. I highly recommend ordering the feast menu, where the chefs design the courses for you.
While they mention five courses, each one features 2 to 3 different plates, ensuring a delightful progression. The experience never disappoints, culminating in amazing dessert presentations. Bravo!
It was one of our most memorable meals on the planet.

Disappointing Tasting Menu and Service
My fiancé and I tried the tasting menu and were very disappointed, as we did not like any of the dishes. The service was also not great; it took the server 15 minutes to initially come to our table. For a $300 dinner, we were very disappointed.
Additionally, their parking lot costed $35 to park for a couple of hours.
