I discovered Carl's Jr. offers a fantastic late-night BYOB special from 8 pm to close for just $5. 99. This deal includes a choice between a single California classic or spicy chicken sandwich, with fries or onion rings, and chicken stars – what a steal! Although I visited during lunch and opted for the Cali XL at $5. 99, I noticed the exact Cali single double cheeseburger is available as a mini version under the Star Deal menu for $4. 69. I also tried the famous star. We chose to dine in at the tables. For a take-out order of another famous star combo, they kindly offered to make it fresh just before I left, ensuring I only paid once. This demonstrated such great service. My take-home meal was still warm and fresh when I arrived home. I can always count on Carl's Jr. to deliver a hefty juicy burger with lettuce and tomatoes on a soft sesame bun.

I met my son for lunch here and we ordered the same thing. The meal came to about $33 per person, which was more than I expected, as I thought it would be closer to $20. However, the food was great, and the customer service was amazing 👏. I want to say thank you for the good hot food and the excellent service. I will definitely recommend this place.

My first time experiencing truly attentive service at a drive-thru. Unlike typical fast-food experiences where I'm automatically given only two sauces, the staff here asked me how many I wanted. Thanks to Paris's unparalleled service, my last few fries won't be dry and unflavored today.

My experience at this Carl's Jr. has been outstanding. I've visited a few times over the past decade, and despite not living nearby, I'm consistently impressed. It's a good establishment because they manage to retain employees for a very long time. The food is very good and the people are great. I visited again today, and the evening crew was just as spectacular. They meticulously prepare orders as requested and consistently go above and beyond. The vibes are great as always.

My experience at the restaurant was a mixed bag. The kid at the register was super kind and super fast, which was appreciated. However, the lack of AC in the middle of summer made the atmosphere very uncomfortable. I strongly suggest fixing the AC issue.

I recently visited my local Carl's Jr. (#1100157 at 6566 Mission Gorge Rd.) during their Western Bacon Cheeseburger BOGO for $2 sale. I decided to customize my orders. For the first burger, I requested no barbecue sauce, Santa Fe sauce (only about a half teaspoon), tomatoes, grilled onions, green chilies (just one small strip), and Pepper Jack cheese. They also failed to include the American cheese that normally comes with it, and I didn't receive grilled onions. The second burger was supposed to have American cheese and grilled onions, which it did, along with tomatoes and Classic Sauce (about a teaspoon). It seems whoever made these burgers really likes them dry. Additionally, I ordered extra onion rings on this burger and didn't receive them. I tried calling the store, but the number went to a fax machine. I'm quite bummed, especially since I worked for this company in high school and have fond memories of the job. It's disappointing to see it's not the same. I wish I could go back and should have gone to In-N-Out instead. I paid with the app and went through the drive-through.
