I left the gym at 9: 38 PM and arrived at Carl's at 9: 45 PM. The sign stated they close at 10: 00 PM, but Angelica mentioned they close at 9: 45 PM. Both doors were locked when I got there. I ended up driving across the street to Taco Bell, which also closes at 10: 00 PM but locks their doors at 10: 05 PM. I don't particularly enjoy eating in my car, but I try to eat relatively soon after the gym. Good on you, Taco Bell.

My experience at this restaurant was extremely negative due to a serious security issue. The lady at the counter stole my credit card information. She took my card and it was about 10 minutes before she gave it back. Shortly after I ordered, I saw a fraudulent charge in my account, and this is the only place I used that card for. I had to lock my card and get a replacement.

My experience at this restaurant was largely positive, especially with their new Cali XL burger. The fries were usually fresh, which is always a plus. I definitely recommend trying the burger. My only suggestion for improvement would be to toast the bread for the burgers.

If you are ordering for more than one person, I highly recommend going inside instead of using the drive-through. When you feel like you're hip and cool but can't figure out the app, it means you're old. I thought I scheduled a delivery and spent money, then reordered for delivery. I spoke to Kevin, who was professional and sincere. He even made a suggestion of remaking a previous order error for me. His professionalism, communication, and effort to fix my problem were outstanding. I haven't received my order yet, but Kevin did his job and went above and beyond with COMMUNICATION AND KINDNESS! Make him a regional manager and pay him! You've found yourself a real employee, Carl's Jr/Hardee's.

My experience at the restaurant was excellent, thanks to Brisia and her staff who provided excellent service. They were able to find a prompt resolution for a promotion offer. The Burger was a recommended dish, and the overall experience with food, service, and atmosphere all received a perfect 5/5 rating.

I was very disappointed with my recent visit to Carl's Jr. Although I have always liked the restaurant, this time the experience was bad. The burgers and fries were old, and the fries were wet with something mixed in. It was the worst meal I have ever had there, affecting both my husband and me. Usually, the food is good, but this visit was an exception.

My experience at the 150 South Rainbow location in Las Vegas, NV has been consistently disappointing. I question how this location is advertised as 24 hours when it's frequently closed. When it is open, they often seem to be out of essential items like burgers or drinks. Furthermore, even when employees are present, they appear too bothered to take orders. It makes me wonder if it's time for a franchise ownership change. I am always disappointed and have become a lost customer. Del Taco is now my go-to, as it's the same distance from my house. EPIC FAIL!
