My experience at the restaurant was the best experience ever. The employee named Foster was incredibly kind and patient, which was a huge help as I had no clue what to order. I definitely recommend coming here. The sandwich I got was super good, even better than Subway!

My experience at Capriotti’s was nothing short of a spiritual blessing, thanks to Denise. I walked in craving The Bobbie, and walked out feeling like I had encountered a sandwich guru. Denise didn’t just make my sandwich; she engineered it with incredible precision and care. The turkey was fluffy, the stuffing was legendary, and the cranberry sauce was divine. Denise presented the sandwich with such pride, it felt like a momentous occasion. It was a 10/10 experience, and I would trust Denise with more than just my sandwiches – she could build my self-esteem and even my financial future! Capriotti’s should absolutely protect this exceptional employee.

We were in town for a festival and hadn't been to a Capriotti's in 6 years! I knew exactly what I wanted and the sandwich didn't disappoint. My go-to as always, The Bobbie. Foster was amazing! So if you've never been to a Capriotti's, I highly recommend you find one near you and get The Bobbie or any of their other delicious sandwiches. I'm hoping I'll be in Vegas soon and I'll be sure to stop at this location again. Thanks guys! 🤘🏽

My experience at this Capriottis was outstanding! Olo and her staff run a clean and professional establishment. My order was ready, hot and fresh, and I was greeted with a good smile by the manager. It's clear that the little things are going into making your food. A great Capriottis!

My experience with online orders from this store has been consistently disappointing. Literally every time I place an online order, the added customizations are totally ignored. All I wanted was American cheese instead of provolone, which I hate. I even paid for extra cheese, and the receipt clearly stated 'AMERICAN CHEESE' in all caps. Unfortunately, I’m throwing this sandwich out now because it’s not made correctly. Don’t bother ordering online from this store; your order will be incorrect every single time. Additionally, the turkey tastes old, like it’s been refrigerated for over a week.

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I ordered a classic cheese steak and it was the absolute BEST one I've had from any Capriotti's location. The lady at the front was very polite, and the cook in the back obviously cared about the sandwich quality! It was such a treat after a long day at CSN.

My experience at this hole-in-the-wall sammich shop was fantastic. The prices are decent, and the portions are generous. They even have an app and a rewards program, which is a nice bonus. I tried the steak n cheese with bacon, peppers, lettuce, tomato, and pickles, and it did not disappoint. The large sub was impressively sized, easily enough for two people. I would definitely eat there again. They also offer chips, drinks, and cookies.

At the last minute, we decided to give this place a shot. My experience was very positive; the food was very tasty and fulfilling. I actually enjoyed my meal, especially the Philly steak combo. The service was rated 4/4, the atmosphere was 4/4, and the food was 4/4. There was no wait time, and the price per person was between $10–20.

My experience at this restaurant was mostly positive, with a slight hiccup. While I've been here a few times for lunch and always enjoyed the food, this visit had a peculiar smell. The staff, however, were great and even apologized for the smell, which was appreciated. Overall, the food quality and service are consistent highlights.

I go to Capriotti's all the time, but this was my first time at this location. I had a cheesesteak, and the meat was like jerky, way overcooked. It was sad. The service was rated a 2, atmosphere a 3, and food a 2.
