Chicken Wings Still Amazing!
I first visited in 2017 and have remembered the chicken wings ever since. I had to come back during this trip, and it did not disappoint. The Singapore noodles were a little bit dry but delicious. My experience with the food was great, and the service and atmosphere were also excellent.

Amazing Wings and Chow Mein!
My experience at the restaurant was fantastic! I had the salt and pepper fried wings, which were absolutely amazing. The house chow mein was also delightful. I will definitely be back!

Disappointing Experience with Bland Food
I do not recommend this restaurant. The food was just okay overall. We ordered the beef in clay pot, shrimp with walnuts, and fried rice. The beef and shrimp were passable but nothing special. The fried rice, however, was a disaster — the rice was undercooked and the entire dish lacked flavor. When we mentioned this to the waitress, she simply said the cook might have forgotten the salt, and no effort was made to compensate us. Very disappointing experience.

Authentic Chinese Food Gem
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My experience at Capital Restaurant in Chinatown was outstanding. The food was simply amazing, with the chicken wings being absolutely delicious. Everything we tried was authentic Chinese cuisine, prepared with care and full of flavor. Having traveled extensively throughout China, the dishes here felt truly authentic and brought back great memories. The staff were warm and kind, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. For anyone seeking real Chinese food in San Francisco, this is the place to go. Everything served was tasty, genuine, and prepared beautifully. It was a true five-star experience.

Amazing Chinatown Discovery!
My experience at this restaurant was amazing! We stumbled upon this place while exploring Chinatown and it turned out to be the best place ever. We tried the wings and they were delicious. The service was great, and the food was also rated highly. I definitely recommend it here.

Maximum Okay, But Lacking Sparkle
My experience at this restaurant was, to put it mildly, maximum okay. The staff were neither nice nor rude; they simply performed their duties with a detached efficiency, like a dead river following its course. I ordered the chicken wings, which were decidedly normal and just okay. Honestly, I felt I could achieve the same result by simply buying wings, salting them, and airfrying them at home. I've had better wings at KFC. The atmosphere felt like a break room for construction workers. While the price wasn't exactly cheap, with my chicken wings and rice totaling $20, the portion was indeed big, enough for two people.

Mixed Feelings on Wings, Loved the Shrimp
My experience at the restaurant was a bit of a mixed bag. While the chicken wings were fried to perfection, I found the seasoning to be underwhelming. Personally, I prefer more flavorful variations. However, the honey walnut shrimp was a definite highlight, impeccably done. The hot and sour soup, mongolian beef, and fried rice were just okay. The restaurant itself is a nice spot.

Good Fried Chicken, Average Sides
My experience at this restaurant was centered around their fried chicken, which was notably better than most Chinese fried chicken I've encountered. It was perfectly crispy yet juicy and tender. However, the pork belly and mixed vegetables were just average. The portions were large, which meant I had leftovers to take home. Overall, it's a good spot for Chinese food.

Classic Chinese American with a Standout Lo Mein
My experience at this restaurant was with classic Chinese American food. The egg rolls and wonton soup were good, but not great. However, the lo mein was really good.
