I visited this restaurant for lunch and ordered the Kerala prawn curry bowl. Unfortunately, the food seemed to be modified for a non-Indian audience and lacked flavor, with the cream being overpowering. On the positive side, the service and ambience were good. However, the meal was overpriced, though I understand this is partly due to the hotel and its ambience. I would not recommend this place for lunch, as there are many better options for desi food. I'm unsure if the dinner and breakfast, served in a different room, might come from a different kitchen.

My experience at this restaurant was truly exceptional, possibly one of the best dinners I have ever had. The establishment serves incredible Indian food, so delicious that I was fully immersed in the experience rather than taking photos. The hospitality was also a class apart. I would 110% visit again. Here's what I had: * Dahi puri: What set it apart was that the yogurt was without any sour taste, allowing for the addition of green mango for a kick. * Paneer makhani: Incredibly rich and delicious, a well-balanced dish. * Garlic naan: Perfectly cooked in a tandoor – soft, fluffy, and crispy as a naan should be. I also enjoyed a paan smoked old fashioned cocktail, which is recommended.

My experience at this Indian restaurant was absolutely outstanding. Chef Thomas personally oversees the dishes, showing incredible attention to detail and precision in crafting each one. I particularly enjoyed the tandoori chicken, the expertly crafted appetizers with fish, and their amazing cod dish. The overall quality and execution were extraordinary. Keep up the good work, Chef Thomas!

My experience at the restaurant was for a quiet dinner on a Wednesday evening around 7 pm. The place wasn't too busy, with only a few people at the bar and a small number of diners. The service was very nice, and the food was average. While it might not be the most exciting spot in the neighborhood, it's a suitable option if you're looking for a peaceful meal.

My experience at this beautiful little bar was perfect for drinks. It's a small and intimate setting. Our bartender, David, was incredibly kind, friendly, and professional, providing some of the best service I've experienced anywhere. We really enjoyed ourselves and were so impressed. Although we didn't have any food, the menu looked great, and the drink selection was perfect and offered good value.

I generally do not write reviews, but I had to give a shoutout to Taj Campton Bistro. The Paneer Makhni and Dal Tadka were fabulous, and the drinks were on point. Nothing comes closer to the authentic Indian fine-dine food in the Bay!

I initially visited this restaurant with the expectation of it being a 2-star Michelin establishment, but was significantly disappointed to learn they had lost their stars due to the chef's departure. Despite this, I decided to try the food and ordered the Paneer Makhani with a side of rice. Unfortunately, the paneer was tough, chewy, and unappetizing. The makhani sauce lacked creaminess and tasted more like a spicy tomato soup. The entire dish was almost revolting. My food took 30 minutes to arrive. When my server offered me another coke, and I declined, he responded by saying, 'oh you know I would’ve given it to you for free right? '. I found this service to be very unusual and almost rude, especially for a hotel of this scale. It was a disappointing experience to say the least.

My experience at this restaurant was extremely negative. I found it to be overpriced, with slow service, and the food was bad. I definitely would not recommend coming here for lunch. It took approximately 50 minutes for my $30 burger to arrive.

My experience at this restaurant was truly exceptional. We visited for breakfast on two separate days, and on both occasions, our waiter, Jack, was awesome. We also dined at the Campton Place bar and bistro for dinner and highly recommend it. The food and service were amazing every single time. I would definitely recommend this hotel and its restaurants to everybody! It's a true sample of elegance and service. Thank you again to all the staff for going just that little step extra for the guests!
