How are the prices at Camp BBQ?

You’re looking at roughly 21 per person – reported by 3 diners. That puts it in the $21–$30 category. For a Japanese Restaurant, it’s comfortably mid-range: not a steal, but not bank-breaking either.

Interestingly, the actual spending is quite spread out: two guests paid around 14 each, while another spent 34. This hints at a mix of cheaper and more premium options. Since we only have 3 reviews, this is a good initial peek, but more data would paint a fuller picture!

Here’s a quick look at what guests spend per person, based on the latest 3 reviews. Since we only have a few data points, it’s a good initial indication of spending habits.

See how this restaurant’s value for money stacks up against similar spots in San Francisco.

Overall, we think the pricing feels quite fair for a Japanese spot in San Francisco. With options ranging from quicker bites to more substantial meals, it seems like they’ve got something for different budgets, which is always a plus!

Hidden Gem with Great Grilling
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The meats were well marinated, and the grilling experience was enjoyable. It's a true hidden gem in the Geary corridor. I highly recommend ordering the mushroom medley or the Asian greens medley.

Delicious BBQ Solo Dining Experience
My experience at this great BBQ place in SF was wonderful. The host was very nice and took the time to introduce me to all the different kinds of meat on the menu. As I was dining alone, I opted for the kalbi chuck, ox tongue, squid, and a mix of vegetables. The portion sizes were great for one person, and everything was really delicious. I especially loved the meat and vegetables.

Authentic Yakiniku Experience
Our experience at this restaurant was a wonderful trip back to Japan, where we lived for three years and enjoyed yakiniku. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. We found the restaurant to be very clean. We arrived at 7 pm on a Saturday and it was about half full. Although we had an 8 pm reservation, they were able to accommodate us early. We live in Washington state but visit this area one to two times a year, and we will definitely be back.
