My experience at this restaurant was absolutely amazing. The people who work there are incredible, and I had a particularly nice conversation with Ben. They treated us like family, even staying open past closing hours for us. We were even offered tea. The fried rice was the best I've ever had in a restaurant.

I had a really bad experience trying to place a to-go order at the restaurant. When I first came in, the Asian lady, maybe around 40s, I asked her if I wanted to place a to-go order. I asked her for the menu to do so, and she said to me so rudely, "you should have looked online. " Like, what? Then, she aggressively hands me the menu, and I don't see any sauce options on the menu, so she's raising her voice at me to "LOOK HERE! " and tapping aggressively on the screen. I should have just walked out at that point, but I said maybe the food can be better than the service. It's not. The sauce is super watery and flavorless, and the shrimp was already falling apart in the sauce, so not even juicy and plump. Don't waste your time and money coming here!

My experience at the restaurant was mixed. The food had a good taste, which was a positive aspect. However, the portions were terrible, and the customer service was also terrible. Based on my experience, I would advise others not to come here.

I'm glad to have found another Cajun spot in the Bay that does it right! We came in with the intent to get crawfish, and 3lbs of crawfish later we were not disappointed. Loved all the sauces from the kitchen -- probably the Cajun was the best overall but the lemon pepper sauce with the cold served crawfish was the best in my opinion. Get some fried frog legs and soft shell crab, and you'll be in for a good time here.

My experience at this restaurant was absolutely amazing! Ben provided incredible service, and the food was both fresh and spectacular. We enjoyed the 49ers w/garlic pasta, french bread, and Soju, and everything was delicious. This was our first visit, and we understand why the reviews are so great. Thank you for the fantastic service and tasty food! The quiet atmosphere, with no wait time, ensured our food arrived fresh from the stove. We will definitely be back soon!

My boyfriend and I absolutely love this restaurant; it's our favorite! We're not sure why it doesn't have a 5-star rating, but we highly recommend it. The Service, Atmosphere, and Food were all fantastic, each receiving a perfect 5-star rating.
