No Utensils for Delivery Orders
My experience with this restaurant has been consistently frustrating due to their lack of utensils. I've ordered food delivery several times, and each time, no utensils were included. Today, I was unable to eat my lunch at work because they failed to include any utensils.

Good Katsu Sando Alternative
My experience at this restaurant was centered around trying their chicken katsu sando. While it was good, it wasn't exceptional. I would, however, eat it again.
It serves as a nice alternative to the abundance of American Nashville-style sandos currently saturating the market.

Quick Bite with Crispy Chicken
I visited on Friday around 4: 30 PM for a quick bite before the Giants game. I ordered the chicken katsu curry, which was ready in under five minutes. While the curry was a bit lukewarm, the chicken itself was crispy and delicious.
The portion size was just right for one person. The atmosphere was chill and not too crowded initially, though it started to get busier by 5 PM as I was leaving.

Authentic Egg Salad & Fruit Sandos!
Until we get Japanese 7-elevens, I believe this is the closest we will come to authentic egg salad and fruit sandos. I’ve read about their lines, but we were lucky enough to stop in right at opening on a Holiday weekend and didn’t have to wait at all. Bonus, seating was available too.
They have daily specials that were very tempting, but we stuck to the classics. 10/10 would come again.

Fast and Efficient Dining Experience
My experience at this restaurant was exceptional. The menu was concise with only 3 things on the menu, and the food came out in 5 minutes. It's the kind of efficient service every restaurant should strive for.

Incredible Egg Salad Sando - A Must Try!
I’ve eaten here twice and had an incredible experience. The sandwiches are amazing, and the eggsalad sando is particularly outstanding. It's just like the authentic version from Japan, but even better!
The food quality is a perfect 5/5, and the service and atmosphere also received top marks of 5/5. I highly recommend this place.

Best Matcha in SF!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic, especially for their matcha. I've been coming here for two days in a row just for it, and I can confidently say it's the best matcha I've had across SF. The price of $6.
52 a cup is also less pricier than what I've found elsewhere. The food and atmosphere both received a perfect 5-star rating, and the service was also excellent.

Perfect Spot for Delicious Katsu Sandos!
We were so thankful to find this perfect spot! We come here often with the kids, who absolutely love the katsu sandos. I always get the tuna bowl and, without fail, order a side of the curry for us all to enjoy – it's incredibly flavorful.
The staff couldn't be friendlier. It's a quick, easy, and delicious experience, offering great value overall.

Yummy Spot for Games & Lunch!
Wow! This is such a yummy place. I keep coming back with family and friends before Giants or Warriors games, and with coworkers during lunch.
The staff is incredibly friendly and provide quick service. I loveee the katsu curry plate, but have also had the katsu sando, the tuna bowl, and the fruit sandos. I recommend them all!

Terrible Cappuccino and Cafe Smell
I generally avoid leaving 1-star reviews, but my experience here was quite disappointing. The small Cappuccino was priced at an exorbitant $6 and, to make matters worse, it was terrible. It was certainly not worth the price, and I was almost glad it was small as I didn't want to waste more of the awful coffee.
Additionally, I did not enjoy the smell in the cafe.
