Disappointing Experience, Rude Staff
I was really pretty disappointed by this place. I arrived 15 minutes before closing, and the staff was clearly annoyed. Despite about 10 people in line, they were already tearing down the bakery counter and closed the kitchen.
While I understand it's Friday, kicking everyone out the door at 3 PM sharp doesn't create a welcoming environment, especially for studying. Beyond the rushed and frankly rude service, the food was just alright, and the latte was terrible. I ordered a seasonal flavored drink that tasted like watered-down burnt espresso.
I was very unimpressed for $22; if a single latte and a meh crepe cost that much, the cafe itself should at least be pleasant to be in.

Great Coffee and Pastries at Cafe Javasti
We stop at Cafe Javasti all the time. Any time we’re heading to a job in Wedgwood, we've got to grab a latte and a savory crepe. The pastries are delicious, and the coffee is great.
In fact, we think Dancing Goats Coffee is the GOAT! It’s just a chill neighborhood spot to start the morning.

Great food, too loud to enjoy
My experience at the restaurant was unfortunately impacted by the extreme noise level. My friend and I tried to visit, work, and stay a while, but we couldn’t stand the roar even with noise cancellation headphones. I really wanted to try the crepes and coffee, but we unfortunately visited when the locality was near full capacity.
I am sorry I cannot rate higher, but I do intend to visit again at a less busy time.

Cozy Cafe with Delicious Treats
My experience at this cozy, friendly cafe was wonderful. I initially visited for a hot chocolate but ended up trying the goat cheese jam and almond roasted crepe as well. I have no regrets; I enjoyed both items immensely.
The cafe offers many options for those with dietary restrictions, and I found plenty to choose from as a lactose-intolerant individual. The atmosphere was rated a 5, and the service was equally impressive with a 5-star rating. The food also received a perfect 5-star score.
It's a quiet place, making it easy to have a conversation. I will definitely return again.

Favorite Crepes and Coffee Spot!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I found my favorite crepes and coffee in Northeast Seattle here. The staff was wonderful, and the outdoor seating area in Wedgewood was super cute.
I would definitely like to go back!

Cafe Javasti: Great Coffee, Pastries & Lively Atmosphere
My experience at Cafe Javasti was overwhelmingly positive. It's a place that's always busy, and for good reason! The coffee and pastries are great, and they offer a wonderful variety of both sweet and savory crepes.
I particularly appreciated the unique, in-house or specially sourced pastries like cheesecake bars, homemade Oreo-type cookies, specialty breads, and mazurkas. Today's special was a delicious chocolate chia parfait with fruit. For those needing something more substantial, they also have breakfast burritos and a few sandwiches.
The staff were nice, and there's a bright energy and upbeat atmosphere running through everyone. The cafe is light and airy, with seating for about 18-30 inside and a little outdoor seating as well. While parking can be tough, checking the lot to the south of the building is advised, just be mindful of the pot holes.

Great Food, But Be Prepared for Crowds and Heat
The food and drinks at this place are so good! However, be aware that it can get very crowded, and seating isn't always available, making takeout a frequent option. A significant point to note is the lack of A.
C. , so I'd advise against visiting on days when it's 79°+ due to the heat from the kitchen, even with the doors open. Despite these drawbacks, I would 100% recommend this place.
I make it a point to visit every time I'm in Seattle, and the food is consistently great, regardless of the season. They offer more than one good vegetarian option, but I'm unsure if they have vegan choices. The atmosphere and service are rated a 4, and the food is a perfect 5.
Parking is plentiful and free, and the price per person is between $10–20. It's definitely kid-friendly, with young families often seen here.
