My experience at the restaurant was disappointing. I had to eat my SpongeBob burger without the bottom bun because it was hard as a rock. Additionally, I was shorted 2 cheesy tots.

My experience at this Burger King was incredibly frustrating. The drive-thru process was a mess; I was asked to pay and then wait at the front for 10 minutes. When I went inside to inquire, the cook quickly made my burger, but the staff member assembling orders repeatedly skipped over my Whopper Jr. It wasn't until I asked about the delay that she, with an attitude, asked someone else to finish my order. The customer service here is terrible.

My experience at this restaurant was disappointing due to significant hygiene issues and an incomplete order. The place was packed with people waiting, yet no one greeted us upon entry. I observed a staff member handling food who repeatedly touched her hair and face without washing her hands, even using her shirt to wipe her nose. This is unacceptable, especially when handling unwrapped food. The bacon burger I ordered arrived without bacon. I will be warning others to avoid this location due to the potential food safety hazard posed by that specific associate. I hope I don't get sick.

I came just before closing on a Sunday night. The staff was friendly, and the brisket burger was delicious and really hit the spot.

I used the drive-thru and unfortunately, they accidentally gave me two triple cheeseburgers instead of the two doubles I ordered. This was a mix-up with my order.

I was genuinely disappointed with my experience. While I'm usually not one to complain, the customer service was horrible. I understand that people can have bad attitudes when tired, and I had also just gotten off my late-night shift, but I still maintained respect. When I went through the drive-thru, I received very rude responses when ordering and asking for the total. The situation at the window was even worse. I understand it's late and you're tired, but please show respect to other tired and hungry people too. I would not recommend going here unless you want to be disrespected and feel uncomfortable.

My experience at this restaurant was largely positive, thanks to the friendly staff. The burgers were made fresh, which was a definite highlight. While the onion rings weren't as impressive, they were still tasty. Overall, a good experience with great service and food.
