I order from here all the time, but today has ended my trust in them. I came in and ordered a small pizza with ground beef, pepperoni, and onions, which is what I always order. However, this time they gave me green peppers instead, which I didn't ask for. The girl repeated my order twice. When I called, I was told to bring it back and that they couldn’t do anything. I told them I was not going to drive all the way back down there as I'm at home. They proceeded to tell me there's nothing they can do unless I bring it back. I said they could at least take a dollar or two off for the next time I order because I order all the time. She told me she had no control over there, so I'm being penalized for a mistake that they made. I will never go there again. 🤬🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬

Google Maps indicates this restaurant is 11 minutes from my house, yet they informed me they do not deliver to my location. I'm left wondering where they do deliver. The overall impression is that they are not interested in attracting new customers beyond their existing regulars, which is a huge bummer.

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The ladies providing the service were super nice and friendly. The pizza is fantastic, and the Meat Lovers pizza is especially SUPER. It's my go-to place when I'm in Cleveland.

My first time ordering from here was a great experience. The delivery was very fast, and the person who delivered had a great personality and was friendly. The food arrived hot and was very good.

My experience at this restaurant was absolutely fantastic! They serve the absolute best pizza in the area, and it's a lifesaver that they are open late night/early morning. They even deliver just about anywhere. The only minor issue is that they don't open until 5: 00 pm. Every item I tried, from the meatball subs to the pizzas, salads, and dinners, was phenomenal! There isn't a bad item on the menu. It's all yummy!

I visited Broadway Pizza to pick up food for my wife and myself. My wife does not eat pork. Despite specifically requesting a sheet pizza (which they call a party tray) with extra cheese, chicken, mushrooms, and a butter crust, they included pork. They also added more food than I asked for. When I called to ask if they could remake the pizza, they refused, only offering to add mushrooms. I was surprised they couldn't remake it, as the customer is usually right. Consequently, they will not receive any more of my business.

I visited this restaurant hoping for some mango habanero and Buffalo wings. However, upon entry, I encountered a staff member who displayed rudeness and a poor attitude. There was confusion regarding the wait time, initially seeming like 50 minutes, then clarified as 15. When I asked for clarification, she responded defensively, asking if I disliked her accent. I assured her I loved it, to which she replied, 'Oh, cause I ain't Mexican. ' She further added, 'I'm legal. ' Due to this extremely prejudiced behavior, I will NEVER return to this establishment. I refuse to fund hate of any kind. Despite completing the transaction, I immediately requested a refund because I felt extremely uncomfortable supporting a business that disrespects Black and Brown individuals. The lady who processed my refund was exceptionally pleasant and kind, inquiring about the initial lady's rudeness. I confirmed, explaining it was not a personal issue but my refusal to support someone who disrespects me, noting she was being provocative. This incident occurred at a family-owned restaurant. My family also walked right back in to get a refund.

My experience at this restaurant was incredibly frustrating. The staff was very rude and unprofessional. They consistently messed up orders and then refused to fix them, even suggesting I order another pizza after they made a mistake. It was ridiculous. They even had the audacity to try and withhold our refund. When we called to report the messed-up order, they hung up on us. We had to physically go back to the restaurant to resolve the issue, and their behavior was very strange. I will never eat here again.

I've lived in this community for over 40 years, even before the fires, and I had never tried this place until recently. I'm glad I finally did because it's surprisingly delicious. While the establishment could use some renovating, this might be why they maintain their really good pricing. I recommend giving them a try, especially late at night when other places are expensive or closed. They are open late, and that's great!
