Lost Trust Over Wrong Order
I order from here all the time, but today has ended my trust in them. I came in and ordered a small pizza with ground beef, pepperoni, and onions, which is what I always order. However, this time they gave me green peppers instead, which I didn't ask for.
The girl repeated my order twice. When I called, I was told to bring it back and that they couldn’t do anything. I told them I was not going to drive all the way back down there as I'm at home.
They proceeded to tell me there's nothing they can do unless I bring it back. I said they could at least take a dollar or two off for the next time I order because I order all the time. She told me she had no control over there, so I'm being penalized for a mistake that they made.
