I had an incredible dining experience at Bourbon Steak San Francisco. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional, and every member of the staff personally greeted us, creating such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Our server Yasmin was fantastic, attentive, and genuinely kind, ensuring every detail of our evening was perfect. The service throughout the night was impeccable, and several staff members even offered to take photos for us, which made the experience feel even more personal and special. The ambiance was refined and elegant, yet comfortable, making it the perfect setting for a memorable night out. The food was outstanding, and the combination of exceptional service, beautiful presentation, and attention to detail truly made this restaurant stand out. I would absolutely return and highly recommend Bourbon Steak San Francisco to anyone looking for an elevated dining experience in the city.

My experience at this restaurant was defined by attentive and impeccable service. I absolutely loved the champagne 🍾 flight. As a frequent diner at steakhouses and Michael Mina restaurants, I can confidently say the lamb chops, sides, and steaks here offer an unmatched taste 😋 👌. Props to everyone involved! My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. The staff was very nice and aseptically dressed well, contributing to a beautiful and relaxing environment. However, the food was a significant letdown. Both the veggies and the meat were too salty, and the mashed potatoes tasted processed, like they came from a box. To put it mildly, the next day my natural gastrointestinal system rid the contents. While the service and atmosphere were excellent, the poor quality of the food made for an unpleasant overall experience.

My experience at this new steakhouse in downtown was everything that San Francisco promises. The ambiance was incredible, and Sophie was an all-star server. It was a great experience if you can get inside.

I had a great time and enjoyed everything. While the cocktails weren’t my favorite, the wine list was impeccable. I will definitely be back for the caviar Twinkie's!

From the moment we walked in, traveling all the way from Dallas, TX, we were treated with true five-star hospitality. The atmosphere was elegant and inviting, the food was simply outstanding, and the level of service was unlike anything we’ve ever experienced. A very special thank you to Leilani Schartt, who made our evening extraordinary. She went above and beyond in every detail, ensuring our celebration was top-notch. Her attentiveness, professionalism, and warmth elevated the night to a level of excellence we will always remember. Meeting the Michelin-starred Chef Mina himself made this experience even more extraordinary and truly once-in-a-lifetime. Every dish was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious, with flavors that exceeded our expectations. The environment was refined yet comfortable, making it the perfect setting for such a meaningful milestone. We cannot recommend Bourbon Steak highly enough. Our family dinner was absolutely loved! The service was very good—friendly and attentive, especially with our 1-year-old grandson. Everything was cooked to perfection. The cocktails were exceptional, though pricey. We've already made a reservation to come back with the rest of our family and can't wait to go back!

My experience at the new Bourbon Steak by Michael Mina was truly great. The food was delicious, and our server was very kind and knowledgeable. While there were some moments of delays in service, I understand this is common for a new establishment, especially given my background in the industry. We arrived early for drinks and were immediately impressed by the energetic vibe and friendly bartenders. We were quickly escorted to our table by the host, and everyone greeted us along the way, which was a nice and uncommon touch. Overall, dinner was great, and I look forward to returning after the holidays.

My experience at this restaurant for our anniversary was unfortunately quite disappointing. We had a reservation but still faced a 20-minute wait for our table. Once seated, it took another 25 minutes for our drink order to be taken, and then our waiter disappeared for a staggering 45 minutes. We observed tables seated after us receiving their orders and food while we waited. We eventually had to ask the manager to take our order. While the oysters were great and the Caesar salad was good, the Wagyu ribeye was underwhelming, lacking seasoning and being chewy instead of melting in my mouth as expected for medium-rare. The beignets were really good, though. Overall, what should have been an hour and a half dinner turned into a three-hour ordeal.

It took over an hour for our food to arrive, and more than 45 minutes just for drinks. While the food itself was enjoyable, the extremely slow service significantly detracted from the overall dining experience.
