My experience at this restaurant was wonderful. We enjoyed some of the best sandwiches in Seattle, and the atmosphere was both friendly and authentic. Our kids particularly loved the salami and grilled cheese. We will definitely be coming back!

My experience at this restaurant was delightful, making it hard to pick if the food or the company of the owner/operators was more enjoyable. In a city filled with corporate restaurants, this place is truly a breath of fresh air. I cannot recommend it more highly.

My experience at the restaurant was centered around an absolutely wonderful sandwich. Each bite was flavorful and crisp, creating an experience I didn’t want to end. It was an absolute unit of a sandwich! :) I did notice they only have one Vegetable focused option, which I had with cheese. You could really taste the quality of the cheese, which was great as I'm vegetarian, not vegan. Regardless, the sandwich was refreshing and it was clear that the owners care about ingredient quality. Despite its simple makeup, the sandwich was wonderful. I do wish there were more vegetable-centered options, especially with such fresh and high-quality ingredients; I believe the combinations would surely be a hit. The owners are really friendly and willing to accommodate and answer any questions, though I was too shy to converse beyond my comfort zone 😅.

I intended on just grabbing a sandwich here on the way to the airport, but I was pleasantly surprised with one of the best sandwiches I have ever had. It's only a 10-minute walk from the waterfront, making it absolutely worth stopping by for lunch.

After reading a few reviews, I decided to give this place a try. My experience was fantastic! I had the nduja sandwich, which was one of the absolute best Italian deli sandwiches I've ever had. The restaurant itself is charming, and the staff were all super friendly. I highly recommend this deli; you won't be disappointed! I'll definitely be back to try a few other things on the menu.

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I tried the Nduja and the Tuna melt, and while the Nduja was my absolute favorite, both dishes were incredibly delicious. The quality of the ingredients is amazing, and everything is freshly made. Adding to the wonderful experience, the owner personally greeted us and engaged in a conversation about the shop and their meats. It's an awesome spot that I highly recommend making time to check out if you haven't already!

This place might look like a hole in the wall, but the sandwiches are legit. They use homemade focaccia, pile the meats high, and everything is incredibly fresh. I've had many Italian sandwiches, and this is literally one of the best I've ever encountered.

My experience at Bottega Gabrielle was fantastic! The Nduja and Mortadella sandwich was exquisitely constructed on robust and chewy focaccia. The spicy Calabrian sausage and piquant olive tapenade were perfectly complemented by fresh ricotta and crisp arugula, delivering just the right proportions in each bite. This sandwich is a fine addition to Seattle’s sandwich scene, rivaling some of the best in town!

My experience at the restaurant was SO good! I got the sandwich with walnuts, which was so yummy. The cannoli was also SO delicious.

My experience at the restaurant was incredibly satisfying. I have never had a mortadella sandwich so satisfying. I would give it a 10000/5 rating. I highly recommend coming here to eat these tasty tastes.
