My experience at the restaurant was fantastic, especially the food. I only had a couple of cheese slices, but they were so good that it made me wish I'd gotten a whole pizza. Damn, those were perfect Manhattan style slices. The service and atmosphere were also rated a perfect 5 out of 5.

My husband and I stopped in for lunch and had a fantastic experience. Alex was professional and attentive, providing the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. I hope management recognizes what an asset he is to their team. God bless you, Alex!

My experience at the restaurant was fantastic! I tried the mozzarella pizza and it was absolutely divine. What impressed me further was the speed of service, as it only took them 15 minutes. I am definitely coming back.

I discovered this place just 3 days ago, and my daughter and I have been back every day since! The pizza is awesome, especially the NY style. Their garlic knots are truly the BEST, and the BBQ wings were yummy too. I'm already planning my next visit to try the pizza with their cheese sauce! This place is also great for kids, as I often bring my daughter and her friends.

My experience involved a significant issue with the AI answering system when trying to place a pickup order. While the AI verbally confirmed the correct order, it generated a completely wrong ticket. This was not the fault of the staff, who performed their duties correctly based on the inaccurate ticket. I strongly believe fast food companies should cease implementing this AI technology, as it is not yet ready for even simple tasks.

My experience at this restaurant was largely negative due to the food quality. I ordered a pineapple and Canadian bacon pizza, which was flavorless. The Stromboli was also disappointing, consisting of 80% dough. While they offered a replacement, I felt the taste wasn't worth the effort. I'm disappointed with my experience at this pizza place. I stopped going to Grimaldi's because of their declining quality, and unfortunately, this establishment has followed suit. It used to be good for so long, but now the cheese pizza had way too much sauce and barely any cheese, making it seem like the cheese was fake. The dough was so soggy that I had to cook it further when I got home. The pepperoni pizza surprisingly had more cheese than the cheese pizza. They are becoming very skimpy with their ingredients, which is a shame.

The pizza itself was top-notch: a thin, crisp crust with the right chew, generous and fresh toppings, delivering that true New York-style flavor. They offer a wide variety of options, including build-your-own, specialty pies, wings, salads, and stromboli, ensuring everyone in the group can find something they'll enjoy. The service was fast and friendly, and their pride in their offerings was evident. Even the small touches, like the funny reserved parking sign and the chance to win a gift card for feedback, stood out. If you're craving real pizza done right, Bonanno’s is a spot worth returning to again and again. Highly recommended.
