The service model is designed for app pre-orders or a Chipotle-style build-your-own experience, and they execute this low-touch service very well. Dietary needs like gluten, vegan, and dairy-free are easily accommodated with clear selections. Parking is available in a free lot, though finding a space can be somewhat difficult. The vegetarian offerings are extensive, and I would highly recommend it for vegetarians. I experienced no wait time.

She barely added any extra bacon—literally picked up a few tiny pieces and dropped them on like it was a big favor. Her attitude was unwelcoming and made the whole experience uncomfortable. It felt like she didn’t want to be there, and her negative energy really showed. We come here often, but this was the first time we walked away unhappy. It’s disappointing to feel like you’re being treated unfairly over something you paid for. I hope management takes this seriously, customers shouldn’t be made to feel guilty or uncomfortable for asking for what they’re entitled to.
