My experience at the restaurant was generally positive, with good food. However, a significant oversight was that I didn’t receive any napkins in my bag. While the little things definitely matter to me, besides this issue, I don’t have anything bad to say about the meal.

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I had an amazing chicken sandwich that was perfectly cooked with just the right amount of toppings. The sandwich also held together perfectly, which is always a plus. Additionally, I found the story of how this place started to be really cool. I will definitely be back!

I recently ordered from this restaurant via DoorDash on May 4th, 2024. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by several issues. I was charged for a root beer that was not included in my order, and it didn't even appear on their version of the receipt. Additionally, I received three fewer tenders than advertised, despite the box and bag being sealed, which leads me to believe the delivery driver was not at fault. The food itself was just okay. Both the fries and tenders were cold, even though the travel and prep times were short. This suggests the food might be pre-made and not kept warm effectively. Overall, the poor quality control has led me to believe I probably won't be ordering from here again.

I ordered the spicy falcon quarter chicken for dinner via takeout, but it was not spicy at all. I suspect my order was made incorrectly.

I ordered fried chicken and waffle fries last Friday night. The waffle fries were good. I am usually a fan of Birdbox, but this time one of the large chicken tenders was basically raw. This is unacceptable!

It's for one of those days when you feel like being unhealthy and eating some fried food. The food was rated a 4 out of 5, and the atmosphere was a perfect 5. The service also received a 5 out of 5. This was a lunch meal, with a price range of $20–30 per person.

My experience at the restaurant was disappointing due to significant issues with the food. The chicken sandwich had raw parts in the thicker sections of the breast fillet. Additionally, the tenders order was incorrect; we were supposed to receive 6 pieces for $18 but only got 3. On a positive note, the waffle fries were great, and I would return for those.

I'm a sucker for a good chicken sandwich. My experience at this restaurant was positive, with good seating, quick service, and an overall clean place. I enjoyed my lunch with dine-in service.

Now that they have introduced the “Nugs, ” this might be my new favorite neighborhood spot. The food is excellent, and the atmosphere is great, both receiving a perfect score. I'm excited to see what else they offer!
