Best Burger and Fries in Seattle!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! It's my second favorite burger place in Seattle, but it's my absolute favorite for both burgers and fries. The fry sauce is delicious, and the skinny fries come with a great green spice mix (which you can request without).
The burgers were cooked to perfection. The reviewer also rated Service: 5, Atmosphere: 5, and Food: 5.

Out of this world Big Max Burger!
I am so glad I stumbled upon this chill burger spot. I kid you not, the Big Max burger with added bacon I had today was out of this world! It’s a good thing I live so far away, or I would be here on the daily!
So good, I went back today and took a pic of the delicious Big Max burger with bacon!

Amazing burgers and fantastic service!
I want to express my huge gratitude to Jennifer and Max! We helped them remove old furniture and update it, and the entire process was absolutely fantastic. Jennifer and Max are incredibly polite and professional, and their burger joint is absolutely amazing!
We’ll definitely stop by again to try their delicious burgers. Highly recommend them!

Smash Burger Revelation!
My experience at this restaurant was a pleasant surprise. I've never been a huge fan of the smash burger, but this spot truly changed my mind. The food was next level.
The service and atmosphere also received top marks, both rated at 5 out of 5.

Excellent First Experience with Delicious Burgers
I came in with my sons for dinner, and it was our first time visiting. We ordered the Big Max, Queen Anne, and Single Max burgers with fries, along with chicken tenders and a couple of shakes. The burgers are a classic smashed-style with crispy-edged patties, a great bun, and just the right amount of toppings.
The fries were thin, shoestring-style, with a light dusting of what I'd describe as sour-cream-and-onion chip seasoning, and they were surprisingly addictive. And the chicken nuggets? They claim they’re the best you’ll ever have, and they might be right.
They feature tender white chicken breast wrapped in a crispy batter that tastes like an elevated onion-ring crust – truly divine. Overall, it was an excellent first experience, and we will definitely be back.

Amazing Food and Service in Seattle!
My experience at this restaurant in Seattle was truly exceptional. It's a rare find where you get a ton of food for the price. The Queen Anne Animal dish was amazing, and what impressed me most was that the staff remembered my name even though it was my first visit.
The service was immaculate, and the staff's friendliness and attentiveness were on par with a Michelin-star restaurant. The atmosphere was great, and there was plenty of parking available. It's also very accessible for wheelchairs.

Burnt food, missing bacon, left hungry
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. We paid for an addition of bacon that was not added to the burger. The buns were burnt to a crisp, almost coal-like.
The patty was cooked well beyond recognizable meat, flattened to a wafer-thin crisp. While the establishment was clean and well-maintained, and they had a wooden rocking horse that my daughter liked, we left hungry for what we consider real food.

Gluten-Free Nightmare: Burger Mix-Up
My experience at this restaurant was concerning due to their handling of dietary restrictions. I ordered a burger with a GF bun and explicitly stated that I have celiac disease and require strictly gluten-free food. Unfortunately, I was served a burger with a regular gluten bun, with no indication on the receipt that a GF bun was intended or that there was an allergy.
While the server did correct the mistake, it was a frightening oversight. I do appreciate that the server mentioned the herb salt is not GF, which was helpful information.

Good Burgers, Long Wait
My experience at the restaurant was centered around the burgers, which were pretty good. However, the wait time was not quite good enough to justify the 30 minutes spent waiting.

Big Max: Family Feel, Amazing Service!
I would absolutely give more stars if I could. Christian, Emily, Nick, and the rest of the team here at Big Max treat their regulars like family. I have had a very bad week this week, and coming here on my lunch breaks was always a much-needed pick-me-up.
When my order slightly changed one day, they went out of their way to ask what was going on. And I'm not saying I get special treatment, but getting a bigger size than I paid for on shakes, fries, and drinks to get through this week when they knew stuff was going on really helped make the days better. I can't iterate enough just how much I appreciate the crew here.
I know Olive Garden's slogan is "when you're here you're family, " but these guys are the epitome of it. Cheers to them for making everyone, not just me, feel seen and appreciated. 150/5.
Can't recommend this place enough.
