My experience at this restaurant was very disappointing, primarily due to the chicken. The texture was off, making it feel like fake food. This dish made me feel really bad after eating it. I will never go there again.

My experience at this restaurant was terrible due to the horrendous service. I waited in the drive-through for 10 minutes with no response. When I drove to the window, I could see an employee on his phone, not wearing his headset, which was on the food counter. Upon entering the building to inform him of the wait, he acted confused. The accountability is below bar, and there were no other customers inside to explain the delay. I do not recommend this store to anyone.

My lunch experience was good from start to finish. I ordered the chicken sandwich and opted to substitute the fries for the Jalapeño coleslaw. The coleslaw was delicious, and everything tasted fresh. My only minor wish was for a little more slaw in the container. 😋

My experience at Nyxd was fantastic! I ordered a half-half milkshake, choosing Caramel and Cookies & Cream. I was pleasantly surprised by how ASAP it was served; I had barely sat down for a minute. Thank you for the tasty trip.

I visited the restaurant on Friday, February 7th, at 1: 20 PM to get some food. The store was slow. The person at the front did not greet me, nor did she say anything while I stood there waiting for her to fill three sodas for a drive-thru customer. A Hispanic guy came out from the back, went to the register, grabbed something, and then looked back at the girl at the sodas. They shared a chuckle, and he walked out. She continued to fill the three sodas as slowly as possible. I walked out right after. I WILL NEVER STOP BY THIS PLACE AGAIN. WORST SERVICE EVER.

I stopped in for breakfast and ordered the Nashville hot burrito. Unfortunately, it was not spicy as expected. To make matters worse, my burrito contained hair fibers, specifically 6 to 8 inch pieces of hair. This was a very unpleasant discovery.

My experience at the restaurant was positive. There was not a long wait, and my original chicken sandwich was great. I appreciate being able to get the sauce on the side, as it allows me to control the amount of sauce per bite.

My experience at this restaurant was a welcome change from the usual options on base. The food was good overall. I found the jalapeno coleslaw could use a little tweaking to improve its flavor, but I acknowledge that I'm a bit particular about coleslaw and everyone has their own preferences. It's nice to have something new to eat on base besides the food trucks, McDonald's, and Subway.

My first visit to this restaurant was today, and my experience was phenomenal. The service was outstanding, with Vivianny being amazing to deal with. She was incredibly patient, explained everything thoroughly, and I never felt rushed. I mentioned that I had never tried their breakfast and was unaware they even served it, and she provided her top recommendations, even suggesting I return to try the chicken biscuit. My salad was delicious, featuring incredibly fresh lettuce that seemed handpicked.

My experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. I ordered the breakfast chicken sandwich, but after about 5 minutes, I was informed they had run out of biscuits. When I asked for a refund, I was told the manager was busy and I should try ordering something else. I then ordered a burrito and waited another 20 minutes. By that time, I needed to leave, so I ended up with neither a refund nor my food. This place really needs to improve its customer service.
