Pricey but Friendly New Spot
My experience at this new business in my neighborhood was mixed. The staff were very friendly and they stay open very late, which is a plus. However, to be honest, they are very pricey and overcharge. The food was so-so. Despite the cost and average food, I encourage people to come by and check them out.

Disappointing Meat and Small Portions
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. It took 30 minutes to prepare my order, which I suppose is considered quick for this neighborhood. Unfortunately, the meat was very chewy, indicating the cook's lack of skill in preparing it properly. The rice was unremarkable, just typical and nothing special. I also found the portions to be smaller than they appeared and below the standards I'd expect for the price in MARINA/Palo Alto. I would not recommend this place.

Lost a customer over wrong order
I absolutely loved their garlic butter onion rings and had been looking forward to ordering them all day after work. Unfortunately, they sent me fries instead. This mistake cost them a customer, albeit a "crazy one, " but a customer nonetheless.

Decent Philly, Happy for a Local Deli
My experience at this restaurant involved trying their Philly. While it was a bit saltier than I personally prefer, it ultimately did the job. I'm genuinely happy to have a deli in the neighborhood.

Great Food and Daily Needs
My experience at this restaurant was great! The food was excellent, and the Wraps are a must-try. Beyond the delicious food, it's also a good store for a lot of daily need items.

Server ate food from my plate!
My experience at this restaurant was concerning due to the service. The server was observed picking chicken and salad off of my platter and eating it. This happened after the food was prepared, and it's unclear if gloves were used.

Inconsistent Prices, Good Hot Food
I live on the same block and often visit this place for a late-night snack. They offer a great selection, but I've noticed some inconsistency with their prices. For instance, I typically pay $8 for two drinks, but today, a different cashier charged me $12, which was surprising. If you're unfamiliar with the staff, you might consider the Chevron down the street instead. Overall, I recommend sticking to the hot food here and avoiding the chips or drinks.

Friendly Bodega with Overpriced Sando
My experience at this local spot had a great Bodega vibe. The staff, possibly the owner, were very friendly. I tried the bacon egg and cheese breakfast sando for about $9, which was good, but I felt it was a bit overpriced. A price of $6-7 would have been more appropriate for the quality. Overall, it's a nice place, and I look forward to trying other dishes here.
