Inconsistent but Loved Cafe
I visit this cafe at least twice a week and have been doing so for the past few months. The quality of the drinks and food is very good the majority of the time, but it seems to be very inconsistent. I always order the same items prepared the exact same way, but the quality and preparation are not always the same, which is sad. I love this cafe; it’s so cute. I just wish it was bigger and had more indoor seating.

Overpriced drinks, long wait
My experience at the restaurant was marked by inaccurate online prices, leading to an unexpected $8+ charge for a 12oz latte. In my opinion, the prices are too high for what you get. While the taste was fine, it didn't live up to the suggested quality based on the cost. The wait time was also long; our drinks arrived after we had finished our food. Even a single croissant took over 5 minutes to arrive, which is surprising for an item from the display case. In total, it took 25 minutes to get our coffees. Considering the lack of indoor seating, I anticipate summers will be unpleasant, and overall, it's just not worth the prices.

Okay Food, Service Issues
My experience at this restaurant was mixed. The food and smoothies were delicious, earning a high rating. However, the price felt a bit high for what was offered. The patio provided ample seating, but the indoor seating was limited, especially for larger groups of 4 or more. The service was mostly positive, with most of the staff being very nice. Unfortunately, one staff member was perceived as angry and rude. This was compounded by an instance where a food order was completely forgotten and drinks took longer than expected, leading to apologies from other staff members. Overall, it was an okay experience, but it's unlikely to become a regular spot for us.

Fantastic Acai Bowls and Atmosphere
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic, specifically with their Acai bowls. I recently tried the Apple crust one and absolutely loved it. The Better Days bowl is also a standout and hard to beat. The atmosphere is wonderful, especially when you can sit outside during the fall. I highly recommend checking this place out and don't forget to admire the look art they offer.

Mid Coffee and Unwelcoming Service
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The coffee was just okay, and I found it to be expensive. The employee serving me seemed disengaged, as if she "don’t wanna be there. " I've also heard from many people that the service is really not good.

Great Latte and Avocado Toast!
I'm so glad to have stumbled upon this place. We enjoyed a pumpkin latte and avocado toast, both of which were very good. The restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating and has a cool, laid-back vibe. We'll definitely be back!

Aesthetic but Unclean
My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. The aesthetic and comfortable seating were definitely a plus, creating a pleasant atmosphere. However, the sanitation and cleanliness were far below standard. I observed food crumbs, stains, and dirt on both the indoor and outdoor seating areas, between the furniture. I hope the staff can be more mindful of this. On the positive side, the food, service, and efficiency were acceptable.

Amazing Fig + Honey Matcha!
My experience at the restaurant was largely positive, especially concerning the drinks. I got the fig + honey matcha, and it was so good! I loved it — it wasn’t too sweet and had the perfect balance of matcha and flavor. Such an amazing combination I never thought would go so well together! The service was okay, but they were busy at the time I came so I'm guessing that had something to do with it. I loved the outdoor seating and the inside were decorated nicely as well!

Long Wait for Avocado Toast
My experience today was centered around ordering avocado toast. I found the wait time to be excessively long, taking 30 minutes just for that single item, which I felt was crazy.

Better Days Has Seen Better Days
My partner and I used to be regulars here, but unfortunately, things have gone downhill significantly. The restaurant seems to have lost its care for both product quality and customer service. Today's visit was the final straw after a series of disappointing experiences. I ordered the chicken pesto sandwich, and the chicken was noticeably past its "serve by" date. The bread was stale, to the point of being rock hard. The arugula was wilted, and there was avocado on it, which wasn't even listed on the menu. Beyond the atrocious food quality, the customer service is nearly as bad. The staff appears uninterested, almost annoyed by customers' presence. Orders consistently take over 30 minutes to arrive, which is unacceptable, even during busy periods, as the menu isn't overly complicated. We fondly remember the original staff when the place first opened; the food was always good, and it kept us coming back. It's disheartening to see this place become another one of those money-hungry cafes in Las Vegas. Furthermore, the chicken sandwich is not cheap, especially for the tiny portion you receive, making its disgusting quality truly deplorable. This establishment has definitely seen better days. PS. Be wary of the 5-star reviews; they offer discounts for 5-star ratings, which is unethical and illegal.
