Extremely Disappointing Late Opening
My experience was one of extreme disappointment. The restaurant was supposed to open at 11: 30 am on a Friday, but the door was still not opened at 1: 45 pm. Customers have lunch schedules, and this delay caused significant upset.
I was very disappointed and upset.

Nice Staff, Clean Place, But Lacking Something
My experience at this restaurant was decent, but I feel I've had better elsewhere. The staff was nice and the restaurant was clean. While I left satisfied, I don't think I will return because something was missing from the experience.
It's definitely not horrible, but it didn't quite hit the mark for me.

Great Food and Experience!
My experience at the restaurant was great! I enjoyed the food, with lots of good meats to choose from on the menu. The overall experience was positive, with a high rating for both food and atmosphere.

Cozy Spot with Excellent Food and Service
I absolutely loved it here. The atmosphere was cozy with lots of room, and the staff were excellent. They offered great food options, and the price was just right.
I also recommend exploring the mall afterwards.

Good Location, Attentive Staff, Lacking Food Quality
I love KBBQ and am always up for an invite, whether in SoCal or NorCal. The location is great, situated in the heart of Japantown with easy access to other city attractions like the Fillmore District and Union Square. It's also in a shopping area with plenty of other dining options if KBBQ isn't what you're craving.
Back to Bequeath BBQ grill, while it's enjoyed by many, I felt I could get more bang for my buck elsewhere. The staff was wonderful and attentive; our grill was never left to burn as they proactively switched and replaced them. However, the quality of the flame might have been an issue for me.
My go-to meat, the brisket, was extremely dry. I tried marinating it in their provided sauces before and after grilling, but it didn't improve. Lastly, we weren't given the usual complimentary yogurt drink at the end of our meal, despite seeing many at the counter.
Overall, the place is convenient, decently priced, and has attentive staff, but for me, the food quality was a bit lacking.

Underseasoned Food, Disappointing Experience
Maybe it was an off day, but our food was so heavily under seasoned that I just brought it home to rework. This was a disappointing experience.

Great Variety, Smoky Grill
I had a great dining experience with a lot of varieties to cook. However, the grill was a bit smoky.

Reliable Spot with Great Brisket
I've been going to Beque for years and can confidently say you can't go wrong here. The service is consistently on point. While it used to get a little smokey, it appears they've addressed that issue.
I highly recommend the Beef Brisket.

Disappointing AYCE KBBQ Experience
My experience at this AYCE KBBQ was the worst I've had. The beef was consistently chewy, and the marinated meat lacked any real flavor beyond salt and sweet. For $33.
99, the options felt limited, especially when a restaurant just down the street offers more and better quality for a dollar less.

Disappointing Decline in Quality
My experience was disappointing as the restaurant is not the same as before. The meat didn't taste good; it was very plain and boring. I only ordered three rounds, not because I was full, but because I was done with the flavor and low quality.
