Mom Loves the Spicy Fried Chicken!
I bought a portion of spicy fried chicken to take home for my mother and I to share. My mother was very delighted and ate 5 pieces of chicken very quickly. What was even more interesting was that she said to buy another flavor next time for her to eat.
She rarely eats food from outside, but she really liked the chicken here.

Best Korean Fried Chicken Experience
My experience at bb. Q was fantastic! While it's a bit expensive, the quality of the food makes it worth the money.
I can confidently say it's the absolute best Korean fried chicken I've ever had. We also always order the Rose Ddeok-Bokki, and the rice cakes, fish cakes, and sauce are delicious. The atmosphere inside is great, with multiple TVs playing Korean shows and K-pop music performances.
The staff is always great, contributing to a wonderful dining experience.

I had an amazing experience here! The staff were professional and friendly, making me feel right at home. The highlight of my visit was definitely the spicy chicken wings - the Gabli wings were phenomenal!
The flavor was just perfect. I highly recommend this place for anyone craving delicious Korean BBQ food and excellent service. Will definitely be coming back!

Crispy Chicken, Service Issues
My experience at the restaurant was mixed. The chicken was crispy and super flavorful, which was a definite highlight. However, the service was problematic.
The person running the front was clearly not having a good day, as they brought out multiple orders to the wrong people. In one instance, they literally pulled food off a table that belonged to another party. On the price side, it felt a bit on the pricy side; I paid $45 for 8 wings, pot stickers, and a small beer.

Amazing Food, Terrible Service
My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. The chicken was amazing, truly a highlight. However, the service experience was quite negative.
I waited 20 minutes past my pickup time to receive my order. The kid working seemed lost and confused, which contributed to the overall poor service.

Delicious Food, Worth Returning!
My experience at this restaurant was extremely delicious! I definitely need to keep going back to eventually try the entire menu. The food was rated a perfect 5, and the service also received a 5.
The atmosphere was rated 5, and it was quiet, making it easy to talk. I'm not sure about vegetarian offerings, and would not recommend it for vegetarians.

Salty Soy Chicken, Long Wait
My experience at the restaurant involved a long wait. I ordered the soy chicken, but it was so salty that I couldn't even eat it.

Generous Portions, Juicy Wings
I was actually really surprised by how full my to-go box was of wings and fries. The portions were not stingy. The meat was juicy while still staying crispy.
My only complaints are the inability to only order 1 flavor, no dipping sauce was offered, and the cashier just let my order sit on the counter while I stood waiting until I walked back up and asked if it was ready and she slid it to me.

Authentic Flavors, Great Chicken Quality
I love this place in general as a chicken place. While they don't have as many flavors as we do in Korea, the flavors here are authentic and the chicken quality is very good. When I visit the Clairemont branch, I usually don't eat the daikon radish that comes on the side because it always tasted like eggs.
Here, it does not, and I enjoy it very much.
