I was surprised that it didn't have a better rating because the food is delicious. I tried the sweet and sour pork and the rice with several meats, and it was delicious. It has just become my favorite Chinese restaurant.

My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The staff were rude and dismissive, even assuming I was a delivery driver when I arrived to pick up my order. To top it off, the food was cold as soon as I received it. It was one of the worst service experiences I've had.

My regular neighborhood Chinese restaurant is closed for a few weeks, so I ordered delivery from Bamboo last night. Unfortunately, I’ve been sick all day today, and I rarely get sick from food. This experience was quite negative, as I suspect the food from Bamboo caused my illness.

This is one of my new favorite Chinese food spots! The lunch special is an excellent value. I enjoyed the salt and pepper fish and eggplant with tofu over brown rice, which came with soup and an egg roll. The service was better than most other restaurants in the city I’ve been to. I’ll definitely be back. I liked that there were a few vegetarian options, but I wish there were more vegetable with tofu options!

My experience at this restaurant was amazing! I tried the spicy basil fried eggplant and tofu with plum sauce, and it was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this place for vegetarians, as they have a large vegetarian selection on the menu. The service was also excellent; the server and owner were really nice. It's wonderful that they also give back to the community 💙.

My husband and I visited Bamboo last month based on Google reviews and were absolutely delighted with our experience! The owner was incredibly kind, and the playlists created a great atmosphere. The food was simply amazing! We enjoyed two dinners there; my husband still raves about their orange chicken, and I dream about the crispy honey walnut chicken. The owner's recommendation of the Chicken with Basil in Plum Sauce was a pleasant surprise and might be my new favorite Asian dish. Bamboo is now at the top of our SF recommendations!

My experience with the teriyaki beef takeout was disappointing. The food was not as depicted in the picture. There was too much teriyaki sauce, and the cut beef steaks were swimming in it. Overall, the taste was not great.
