Pleasantly Surprised by Bamboo Asia
I came here through the Ritual app and was pleasantly surprised. I got a bowl from Vietnam and it was pretty tasty and filling. You can also go to Japan and India haha.
And using the app, Bamboo Asia gives you 25x points to earn cash back faster.

Delicious Tempura Crunch, Portions Could Be Bigger
My experience at the restaurant was centered around the Tempura Crunch, which was absolutely delicious 😋. However, the portions could have been bigger. I only post reviews if I can give at least 4 stars.

Tasty Variety and Cool Atmosphere
My experience at this restaurant was great! I enjoyed the tasty and fresh food, with a good variety of options including Japanese, Indian, and Vietnamese cuisine. The atmosphere was cool, and I highly recommend it.
The main dishes are around $12, and it's a self-service setup.

Tasty Vietnamese Bowl at Food Hall
My experience at this food hall, which features Indian, Japanese, and Vietnamese sections, was positive. I tried the Vietnamese bowl and found it to be tasty. They offer various options for the base, such as rice, corn, and salad, along with a couple of meat choices and about six different toppings.
The pricing was moderate, not very expensive but not cheap either.

Interesting Concept, Lacking Staff Knowledge
My experience at this restaurant was centered around an interesting concept. However, the food was just ok. I was not impressed by the staff making the food; some genuinely seemed to lack knowledge about the menu items and instead offered custom options.
The ordering process felt like a poor imitation of Chipotle. It seems they try to be like a bad version of Chipotle when it comes to placing an order for food.

Amazing Indian Food, Super Fast Service!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The service was incredibly fast, with my food arriving at the billing counter in less than 2 minutes. I particularly enjoyed the Indian food, especially a dish that was wonderfully crunchy.
It's an amazing place overall.

Great Food, Simple Ambiance
The restaurant has a simple appearance and doesn't immediately catch the eye. However, the food is great. We ordered a meat kit with broccoli, rice, spring roll, and salad for $16.
The meat was super tender and juicy. We also had the crispy duck, which was very crunchy and flavorful, for $20. The vegetable soup is complimentary and served right after ordering.
Water is also free, as is common in most restaurants here. The service was fast. Since the portions are generous, we had leftovers, and the attendant asked if we wanted to take them home.
It's a good option for those wanting to escape the American menu for a bit.

Awesome Service and Delicious Food
I came here with some coworkers and was using MealPal at their 7th street location in SoMa. Hannah was awesome and absolutely amazing with setting me up. Great hospitality and great food. Really enjoyed it.
Here is my remains, got the beef with noodles and spicy peanut sauce. Delicious.

Delicious and Filling Custom Bowls
My coworker recommended this place for its pretty good bowls. I placed an online order for pickup with a 30-minute window. Upon arrival, I noticed the restaurant was super crowded.
Although my food wasn't quite ready, I wasn't in a rush. They prepared my bowl on the spot and handed it to me right away. I ordered the Tokyo Trouble bowl but customized it to my preferences.
It included fresh avocado, seaweed salad, tobiko, cucumbers, edamame, tempura shrimp, chicken, tamago, and brown rice. The tempura shrimp was surprisingly good – crispy and not soggy as I had anticipated. The bowl was very filling; I couldn't even finish the entire portion.
The price was around $13, which is standard for downtown San Francisco. Since it's conveniently located near my work, I would likely order ahead for pickup again. I'm also interested in trying their other options, such as Indian and Vietnamese dishes.
