My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I had the breakfast biscuit, which was absolutely delicious and impressively HUGE. The coffee was also fantastic. The service was outstanding, with the ladies being super friendly. It was exactly what I needed first thing in the morning.

My experience at this restaurant involved their continental breakfast, which is served from 6 am to noon. The breakfast, consisting of Yoplait, a pastry, a beverage, and a banana or apple, is now priced at $12, which is higher than the $9 listed on Google Maps. Despite the price discrepancy and some issues with the food quality, the coffee and service were great. However, the food itself was just okay; the biscuits were hard and the pastry was not fresh.

What a shame that the Latino people here are ashamed of Spanish and refuse to speak to you in their native language. There is a waitress who refused on several occasions. Instead of facilitating service to Spanish-speaking customers, they hinder and make the stay uncomfortable. The food, however, was good.

My experience was overwhelmingly negative. I had the worst Americano I’ve ever had, hands down. It's surprising because they are so easy to make. I would advise anyone who likes coffee to resist the temptation to come here out of convenience, as you will regret it. I ended up having to throw it away and go somewhere else, which felt like such a waste of time and money.

My brother and I stopped in the morning before we left the next day. We really wished we had visited earlier during our stay at the Downtown Grand. I had the Caramel Frappe and my brother had the Americano. Both were outstanding and well enjoyed until the last drop. The vibe was really nice and relaxing with great service on top of it all. With artwork hanging on the ceiling, it was something different and funky. We both highly recommend this little gem inside the Downtown Grand Hotel and Casino 😃👍👍

My experience at the restaurant was fantastic! The horchata latte was absolutely amazing. As someone who is lactose intolerant, I was so pleased with the service. The staff member who took my order was very sweet and even went the extra mile by suggesting a different milk alternative to enhance the taste of my drink. This attention to detail made my visit truly enjoyable.

My experience at this great little coffee bar, located in the hotel lobby, was largely positive. The Cafe Americano was great, and the service was quick with friendly staff. I do wish they opened earlier and offered a few more breakfast options. Overall, I definitely recommend it for a hot cup of Joe on the go.
