A Second Home with Perfect Breakfast Bagels
Alushe Coffee has quickly become one of my favorite spots in the city — the kind of place that feels like a second home. I stop by regularly for my go-to order: the everything breakfast bagel with bacon, egg, and cheese. It’s simple, but somehow they make it perfect every single time — warm, toasty, and made with care.
You can really taste the love and attention in everything they serve. Marcos and Jessica, the husband-and-wife team behind Alushe, bring such a genuine warmth to the space. You can tell this shop is their dream come to life.
They’ve poured their hearts into creating a place that’s not just about great coffee and food, but also about community and culture.

Best Homemade Food Ever!
My experience at this restaurant was outstanding. The food quality is off the charts, with everything seeming to be family made and prepared with evident love and care. I had the cochinita chilaquiles, which were the best I've ever tasted, and the tamales colado, also the best tamales I've ever had, which appears to be a temporary item.
The astounding variety of drinks, especially the Mexican mocha, is another huge plus. I find myself traveling across town just for this place, making me regret moving out of the neighborhood!

Exceptional Service and Delicious Food!
My experience at Alushe was outstanding. I stumbled upon this place and was immediately impressed by the nicest staff I've encountered in a long time, offering a level of hospitality I haven't seen recently. They have tons of food options.
I ordered a basic bagel with avocado, cheese, and scramble, but it was far from basic – it was delish! The Matcha was also excellent. The restaurant offers lots of places to sit and has great vibes, making you forget it's located on the main road.
I will definitely cross town to come back.

Unique Lattes and Tasty Empanadas
My experience at this place was fantastic! The vibes were great, and the comfy chairs made for a relaxing atmosphere. I tried their unique and tasty lattes, specifically the "sandy beach", "pistachio lime", and "it's complicated".
They were perfectly balanced, not too sweet or overpowering. The excellent empanadas were a perfect quick bite. I would definitely recommend this spot if you're looking for a great latte and a delicious snack.
