My experience at this restaurant was wonderful, in the best possible way. It truly reminded me of the Chinese restaurants I grew up going to. The food was really fresh and lovely, and the service was top notch.

My experience at Alice's was very positive. They serve consistent and reliable Hunan-style food with robust flavors. The service was fast, making it a great option for both takeout and dining in. I particularly enjoyed the Hunan pork, spiced eggplant (a personal favorite), and the papaya salad. You truly can't go wrong with their offerings.

My experience at the restaurant was fantastic! The food was excellent, fresh, and tasty. I particularly enjoyed the potstickers, Alice’s fried rice, mango beef, and the hot and sour soup. Additionally, the staff and service were great.

My experience at Alice's was absolutely fantastic. It's my absolute favorite Chinese restaurant in all of San Francisco. The fresh ingredients and fabulous flavors were outstanding. The elegant dining room provided a wonderful atmosphere, and the friendly & efficient staff made the service impeccable.

My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. I was met with a very rude server who was extremely impatient. The chowmein and schezuan scallops were very tasteless, and the vegetables in both dishes were hardly cooked.

First of all, it's an absolutely gorgeous restaurant with south and west-facing windows. The service was impeccable. The food came out hot, fast and tasty 😋. I have a strong recommendation for the beef and broccoli. The beef was the most tender meat I've tasted. Needless to say, we will be back.

My experience at this restaurant was a significant disappointment. While the place itself looked nice, both the service and the food were far below expectations. Upon entering for take-out, I was initially greeted friendly, but this changed to a dismissive attitude once I stated my intention. The server directed me to a take-out area and handed me a menu. After waiting about 10-15 minutes for my order, I was given the total. When I requested an itemized receipt, I was told I'd get it upon payment. However, only the credit card receipt was provided. A second request for an itemized receipt was met with the server stating she didn't have one and suggesting I add up the items myself using a menu. This level of customer service was astonishing. To compound the issue, the vegetable egg roll was excessively greasy, to the point of oil oozing out, making it inedible. The Hunan Rock Cod tasted stale, as if it had been previously frozen, thawed, deep-fried, and then topped with a small amount of sauce. It was dry and lacked flavor. I've learned my lesson and will not be returning.
