A Truly Unique and Fantastic Dining Experience
My experience at this restaurant was truly fantastic. It's a great unique place with dishes that are not something you're going to find anywhere else. If you're unsure about trying it, I highly recommend you do.
You won't be disappointed.

Horrible food and service
My experience at this restaurant was horrible. The food was a bizarre mix of cold and hot, and the salad was rotten. The ambiance was also terrible, and the waiter showed a complete lack of care for his job, seeming indifferent to everything he was doing.

Exceptional Crudo and Worth the Parking Hunt!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic, largely thanks to the incredible food and attentive service. Leo guided us through the menu, and his recommendation of the crudo was spot on – it truly deserves a star on its own! When the Chef came out, we made sure to give him full credit for the delicious crudo; he was so nice and clearly mastered the dish.
Another highlight was the Braseado, though I unfortunately forgot to take a picture. While I was initially skeptical about the parking situation, it was absolutely worth circling the restaurant three times to find a good spot. We're definitely adding this to our list of must-go-to places when we visit San Diego.

Creative Flavors, Memorable Experience
I was absolutely blown away by the flavors that came out of this small kitchen. Despite being a lean operation with only a few tables in a cozy space, the menu offers extremely creative and well-balanced flavors from both the food and cocktail menus. My favorite dishes were the oxtail tetelas and the crudo, which was probably the best crudo I’ve ever had.
I'm excited to come back to try the rest of the menu.

A Gem for Special Celebrations!
What a great experience! Some close friends discovered this gem! We joined them one evening with other friends to celebrate a special birthday.
Every thing was perfect! Starting with a special menu that started with drinks and ended with amazing desserts! We have recommended Alchemy to multiple friends and family and even purchased their first gift card.
Treat yourself to this unique spot and bring someone special! You won't regret it!

Hidden Gem with Sunset Views
My experience at this restaurant was wonderful. It's a hidden gem in Barrio Logan. I attended a holiday get-together, and the staff was gracious, and the food was delicious.
There's access to a balcony where you can watch the colors of the sunset.

Delicious Huarache de Res!
My experience at this restaurant was wonderful. The atmosphere was intimate, sophisticated, and welcoming, complemented by attentive, precise service. I ordered the Huarache de Res and it was absolutely delicious.
The tomatillo provided a perfect, slightly sour aftertaste. I highly recommend this place!

Amazing Art, Great Food with a Salty Twist
My experience at this restaurant was largely positive, with amazing food and a truly intimate atmosphere. The artwork around the place is amazing, well-curated, and definitely gives off a very grunge vibe. I was impressed by the atmosphere and service, both receiving a 5-star rating.
However, the meat in the huarache and burger were a little too salty. It seems they might have been a bit heavy-handed with the seasoning, which is something to keep in mind. Despite this minor issue, I would definitely be back.

Good Food, Lacking Atmosphere
My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. The food was pretty good, earning a high rating. However, the service and atmosphere were not so great, with both receiving low scores.
I'm sure it's hit or miss here. The setting felt like the lobby of an apartment building that had been converted into a tiny restaurant. It's definitely not a 5-star experience; more like a 4.
25, even if the service and ambience were better.
