When I inquired about an update, the owner rudely stated, “Oh, we haven’t started that yet, ” dismissing the cook’s earlier estimate of five minutes by calling him “confused. ” This was uncomfortable and unfair to the staff. The owner was disrespectful to both me and his employees.
Other online order customers also faced long waits without communication or apology. When I requested a refund, I was directed to “take it up with the app” (Slice), with no assistance or accountability offered. The lack of organization, the extended wait for an unstarted order, and the rude treatment of customers and staff mean I will not be returning.

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who is a super cool guy. The pizza was great with amazing flavor, and the sauce also had a wonderful taste.
