Delicious Sushi and Boba, Worth the Visit!
My experience at 756 was fantastic! It's a quick counter-serve spot where your sushi is made right in front of you. I absolutely LOVE this place and have already been twice, hoping it stays. The owners also run the adjacent cute grocery store, which is great for East Asian pantry essentials and unique produce. The sushi at 756 is incredibly tender, and the rolls are expertly prepared for a balanced bite. Each plate comes with the standard soy sauce, wasabi, and pickled ginger. I've tried the salmon roll, Seattle roll, and maguro nigiri, and each order has been a delight. The taro and plain milk tea boba are also wonderful! The ingredients are standard, but the boba has the perfect chew, and the tea isn't overly sweet. The staff are welcoming without being pushy, and my orders have always been ready within 5-10 minutes. I can't wait to return.

Great Snack Spot for Students
This place is great! It's a nice spot to grab a snack, especially for students at Mercer Middle School, and generally a good place for anyone. However, it can get crowded on school days between 3: 45 PM and 4: 05 PM.

Fresh Sushi, Local Gem
My experience at this local sushi place was great. The rolls were fresh and made to order. The chef is a local who’s been in the business for a while. While the seating area has small tables, it's mainly geared towards to-go orders. The service and atmosphere were both excellent, rated 5/5.

Ingredient Swaps and Hidden Safety Ratings
My experience involved ordering an unagi roll (eel, avocado, eel sauce) and a salmon roll (salmon, avocado, cucumber). Unfortunately, the restaurant replaced the avocado on the unagi roll with cucumber and omitted the avocado entirely from the salmon roll. They also have two Food Safety Inspection signs: one from April 2024, clearly displayed with an 'Excellent' rating, and another from November 2024, which is harder to see and shows an 'Okay' rating. While the prices were good and the boba was enjoyable, the combination of ingredients being swapped for cheaper alternatives or left out, coupled with the hidden up-to-date food safety rating, leaves me feeling hesitant about returning.

New Favorite Boba Spot!
This is my new favorite boba spot! The $5 boba is unbeatable. I even brought my own reusable boba cup, and they kindly filled it up for me. My go-to order is the Lychee green tea. Their lychee jelly boba dessert is also delicious, as are their avocado and cucumber rolls.

Cozy Family Spot with Delicious Drinks & Musubi
This is a very nice, friendly, small, family-owned restaurant that is mainly for takeout. We especially liked the drinks, including the mango smoothie and boba tea, and the musubi. We plan to come back to try the long list of fun drinks. My son enjoyed the sushi too. They also have a delicious mocha cake with a dark espresso flavor.

Fresh, Affordable Sushi & More
My experience at this restaurant was great! I found the sushi to be wonderfully fresh and affordable, with all rolls priced under $10. They also offer a good selection of pre-made to-go food, Boba, and various side dishes. It's important to note that there is no indoor seating, so it's strictly a take-out spot.

Great Sushi, Great Price!
I’m so glad this place opened up in the neighborhood! My experience was fantastic, with tasty sushi served at a great price. I also appreciated the convenience of the ability to order ahead. It's definitely a new neighborhood staple.

Fresh Sushi and Great Value
My experience at 756 Sushi was very positive. It's a super casual and quaint spot near the Van Asselt area. The sushi was super fresh, and the prices were very fair. They offer sushi, bubble tea, fried popcorn chicken, and desserts. We ordered a dragon roll and a combo, which made for a nice light meal for 2. The workers were nice, and the order came out quickly. While there's no indoor seating, everything is prepared as a to-go order, which suited our needs.

Hidden Gem Sushi Spot with Great Value
This little neighborhood sushi spot is a hidden gem. The sushi tasted great and the prices were good. It’s nothing fancy as there is just an indoor takeout counter and outdoor seating, which was perfectly shaded just before close. All of the food came in a bag with takeout containers rather than plates - not sure if that’s cuz we came in a little before close or if that’s how they always do it.
