My experience at this restaurant, located directly in the Hilton Financial District San Francisco, was far from satisfactory. I didn't expect much, but the reality was worse. After ordering drinks and food, we noticed how dirty and dusty the place was. It seemed like the seating area hadn't been cleaned in months, with extreme dirtiness evident. The Philly Cheesesteak was inedible, and the fries tasted like old fryer oil. We didn't even want to eat the chicken wings after that. Even the hotel staff at the reception advised us to eat elsewhere. The Hilton chain should reconsider its association with this establishment.
