Best Chinese Food in Orlando!
I don't understand why this place has a lower rating compared to other Chinese restaurants in town. In my opinion, it is certainly considered the #1 Chinese food in Orlando. The stone pot fish is a must-have.

Mixed Experience with Freshness Concerns
I came here after hearing quite a few recommendations from friends, but my experience was a bit different from what I expected. Some of the dishes tasted like they were made from pre-prepared or semi-processed ingredients rather than cooked fully fresh. For example, the spicy chicken seemed like pre-cooked chicken pieces that were reheated and quickly stir-fried, and the frog dish had a noticeable marinated flavor that felt a bit overpowering and not very fresh.
It’s possible that my visit was just an off day, or that things have changed since earlier recommendations; I’m not sure if there has been a change in the kitchen or ownership. The food wasn’t terrible, but if you’re specifically looking for fresh, lighter, or more health-focused Chinese dishes, you may want to explore a few other options in the area. That said, service was fine and the place was busy, so others may enjoy it more than I did.
Just wanted to share my honest experience for anyone deciding where to go.

Authentic Sichuan Flavors with a Numbing Kick
Having visited Chengdu a few times, I can attest that this restaurant offers a quite authentic Sichuan experience. I highly recommend several dishes: the Slices of Tendon, Beef, and Tripe in Sichuan Chili Sauce, which delivered the signature spicy and numbing sensation; the Sichuan Wontons, perfectly prepared with a spot-on sweet and spicy sauce; and the Green Bean Jelly in Chili Sauce, featuring an excellent sauce. The Chongqing Spicy Popcorn Chicken was a standout, a very close boneless rendition of the authentic version, with small, well-seasoned, and juicy pieces.
The Numbing and Spicy Boiled Beef was also very enjoyable, not overly oily, with tender beef and a just-right balance of spice and numbing sensation. The Stir-Fried Cumin Lamb was decent, though I expected sliced lamb instead of thinly shaved pieces. Overall, I was quite happy with these dishes, and the heat level is genuinely Sichuan-medium.
This place easily rivals Taste of Chengdu for authenticity.

Disappointing Vegetarian Options
My experience at this restaurant was largely disappointing, especially concerning the vegetarian options. I found there were not many good options for vegetarian diners. Typically, Chinese restaurants offer better choices with fried tofu, but that was not the case here.
The veg fried rice was not good at all. I ordered the Mapo Tofu, which was the only tofu option available, but it was so spicy that kids can’t eat it. For a vegetable dish, they served only greens, which was not what I expected as usual vegetables.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND for vegetarians.

Very few veg options, too spicy
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing due to limited vegetarian options and the food being excessively spicy, even when described as mild. My children were crying because of how spicy it was. I do not recommend this restaurant.

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! It's an authentic Sichuan Chinese restaurant. The spiciness of the food was just right for me, which was surprising as I don't usually eat spicy food.
The service was excellent, and the vibe was great. If you're looking to experience authentic spicy Chinese cuisine, I definitely recommend checking this place out!

Severe Allergy Mishap and Poor Service
I used to think this place was a good Chinese spot, but my experience was terrible. I ordered my meal, and they got it completely wrong, giving me a seafood dish. Despite informing them of my extreme seafood allergy, they took my meal back, removed some seafood, and returned the same dish with some seafood still in it.
This place needs to be shut down for their complacency and staff's lack of caring for guests who aren't their race.
