Today I ate here for the first time and I absolutely loved it! They have great teriyaki chicken and sauce. Michael B provided great customer service! I recommend this place.

My experience at the restaurant was fantastic! Natalie provided very good customer service, was very talkative and very helpful. She even smiled while giving me my food. We need more people like her! ☺️ My food was GREAT, thank you to the cooks. The place was also very clean.

My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The meat was incredibly hard, tasting mostly of breading and was burnt on both bowls. Additionally, the veggies were barely cooked. Considering the price, I expected edible food.

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I was impressed by how fast they prepared my food. I ordered the spicy orange chicken, and it was amazing. The staff were incredibly welcoming and smiling, making the overall experience very pleasant.

My experience at this Teriyaki Madness location was extremely disappointing. I ordered the Spicy Chicken Bowl and was unhappy with it from the start. The cashier, Natali, seemed uninterested in taking my order, which should have been a warning sign. Although I requested to dine in, my order was brought to me in a bag. Upon opening it, I discovered the chicken was burnt and there was an excessive amount of red pepper, making it impossible to eat. When I tried to get the manager's attention, I was ignored as they continued to assist other customers. I was very upset after getting home and realizing my $13 order was a complete waste. I will not be returning to this location, which is a shame because Teriyaki Madness generally has good food. I still have my receipt and hope the manager will offer a refund.

I hadn't eaten here since 2019 and was really looking forward to it, but my experience was disappointing. The noodles were absolutely tasteless. The chicken was overcooked and chewy, and the rice was dry. I was super bummed out because I paid almost $65 and had to spend more money getting something else to eat because no one took more than a few bites. I'm really disappointed.

My experience at the restaurant was fantastic! The food was great, and the service was also great! The ladies were awesome too! We are definitely coming back.

I used to frequent TMad weekly from 2008 to 2018. Now, my visits are rare, maybe three times a year. Each time, I've noticed the meat portions are smaller and the prices have increased. Even though I'm not a big meat eater, the overwhelming amount of rice paired with very sparse vegetables (about 1 cup) leaves much to be desired.

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The wonderful young woman who took my order was GREAT. She suggested the salmon, and it was delicious & moist, served in TWO GOOD SIZED PIECES. She also recommended the mixed vegetables (broccoli, cabbage, and carrots) and fried rice, along with 2 Chicken egg rolls. It was yummy and so much food that it took me TWO days to finish. Yummy Yumm 😋 I'm Hooked & Stuffed and WILL BE GOING THERE AGAIN REALLY SOON.

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The food and menu are absolutely amazing. They are truly bowl masters with big flavors. It's a great small neighborhood restaurant with very friendly people. The service, atmosphere, and food all received a perfect 5/5 rating.
