My experience at the restaurant was marked by bad management. With only two people working on a Saturday night and no manager in sight to assist, the situation was chaotic. I ended up waiting around for 15 minutes for 2 salads with no protein. 👎

My experience at Wawa was made truly exceptional by Nelson. He demonstrated truly exceptional customer service by noticing we had forgotten our mayonnaise and personally running out to the parking lot to give it to us. Nelson also checked in with us, asking, “Do you need anything else? Are you good? ” This extra level of care and genuine concern really stood out. Wow—great service like this makes all the difference. Thank you, Nelson, for going above and beyond and for making our visit such a positive experience. Employees like you are a true asset to Wawa!

My experience at the Wawa on Orange Avenue was excellent, largely due to the outstanding customer service provided by Kurtis. He went out of his way to show me a more practical way to use the Wawa app for my charges and items, which I really appreciated. This made checkout faster and easier, and I left feeling well taken care of.

My experience tonight, November 19th around 5: 25 PM, with the girl and guy making food was horrible. Despite having plenty of food tickets to make, they were engaged in a conversation with each other instead of preparing food. The lady even pulled her dirty wallet out of her pocket to retrieve something and then proceeded to handle food without changing her gloves. It was a little ridiculous. If you're looking for convenience and are on a dinner break, I would advise against coming here.

My experience at this Wawa was terrible. While fueling my vehicle, I noticed the gas nozzle was broken and fuel was running down the side of my car. I immediately went inside to notify the staff, but there was absolutely no urgency. No one came out to check the pump, and after waiting about 10 minutes, I had to go back inside to ask for a manager. Unfortunately, the manager didn’t seem to care either and offered no real concern or assistance. A leaking fuel pump is a serious safety hazard, and the lack of response from both the staff and management was unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location again. Very poor customer service.

My experience at this store was very positive. The location is great, and there's a large variety of items inside. The store is always clean and well stocked.

My experience at this restaurant was wonderful, largely due to the exceptional service provided by Shannon. I love her; every time I come, I wish she would be here. Overall, I love Wawa.

My experience at this restaurant was extremely negative due to issues with billing and a lack of transparency. I was charged for food items that I did not purchase, and even after bringing this to their attention, they did not refund the full amount. Consequently, I am now disputing the charges through my credit card. To make matters worse, the restaurant never provided a receipt, even when I specifically requested one. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and distrustful.
