Habit Burger - Reviews

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I understand why it's called Habit, because I'm truly hooked. The bacon was perfectly crispy, and the fresh avocado was a great addition to my double char lettuce wrap. The staff were very accommodating, making the dining experience even better. With plenty of free parking and no wait time, it was a seamless visit.

I'm not usually one to write reviews, but my experience here compelled me to share. The service I received was truly outstanding. Mike, in particular, was incredibly kind, helpful, and had a genuinely smiling face, making me feel very welcomed from the moment I walked in. The restaurant itself was also spotless and very well kept, which enhanced the overall experience. With great food, great service, and a very clean place, it's definitely worth visiting again!

My friend and I visited The Habit for the first time, looking for a good burger and a chance to chat. I ordered the Santa Barbara burger, based on a recommendation, and it was out-of-this-world wonderful. The entire time we were there, the vibe was super friendly and helpful. I'm really looking forward to going back!

I was craving a Habit chicken club sandwich tonight and was glad to have found a Habit in the neighborhood! We arrived just 10 minutes before closing and were given a warm greeting by the staff. I had a wonderful experience connecting with the manager, Angel Hernandez, who took our order. He is such a pleasant, kind, and fun-loving soul, and he made our quick run experience tonight so worth it! He even threw in some perks for our next visit, which was very generous. This is probably the best Habit experience with staff I’ve ever had, and I will definitely return to this location!

I don't usually eat at The Habit or write Google reviews, but my girlfriend wanted to go before closing. I had a complicated order, and our cashier, Angel, who I believe is the manager, provided excellent service. Despite seeming understaffed, they managed well. The food was perfectly made. I was pleasantly surprised by the tempura green beans, a great less-starchy side option, and I also appreciate the availability of sweet potato fries. The double char burger and grilled chicken sandwich were both surprisingly good and generously stuffed with avocado, which is a blessing as many places are skimpy. My last experience was years ago via DoorDash, which isn't a fair judgment. This place truly hits the spot in a non-fussy atmosphere, and I didn't feel weighed down after eating, even though it resembles a fast-food establishment. The prices are even cheaper than McDonald's/Jack in the Box, especially for the quality and quantity. I can't wait to return to try other items!

My experience at the restaurant was fantastic! The staff was incredibly friendly, especially Elizabeth at the counter. She went above and beyond by offering me a voucher for a free Charburger because it was my first visit and she heard how much my coworkers rave about Habit. Even without the voucher, I would still return because you don't often see service like that these days. The lobby was also extremely clean. The food arrived quickly, was hot, and prepared exactly as I requested. I will definitely be back soon :)

My experience at this restaurant was wonderful. The place was sparkling clean, which is always a great start. The food was yummy, and the service was exceptional. Michael, in particular, was really nice and so kind to my grandson, making our visit even more special.

My experience at this restaurant was mixed. While the food wasn't bad overall, the burgers were excessively salty. I had to request that they refrain from salting the patty to make them more palatable. Despite this issue with the seasoning, the overall experience was not entirely negative.

This has really become our number one burger choice in Ballard. My wife and I adore great service, and Elizabeth and Mike are always supremely hospitable. In a world of fast-casual dining, it’s these types of people who will keep us coming back and differentiate this spot from their competitors.

My experience at this restaurant was disappointing, primarily due to the food. The burger was inedible, with a solid, heavy texture and no discernible grill or beef flavor. The add-ons completely dominated the dish. While the onion rings were fine, I couldn't finish the burger. On a more positive note, the service received a high rating of 5, and the atmosphere was rated a 4.
