My experience at this restaurant was marked by a significant price difference for the same item. I was charged $4. 50 for a bagel with cream cheese, which is considerably more than the $3. 19 charged at another location of the same company in the same city. The service was reasonable, and the staff was kind and remembered my napkin, which was appreciated. Otherwise, I would have given it a 1-star rating.

As a new customer to this location, my experience was highly disappointing. There was a lack of clarity regarding staff roles, and my order, placed early, was not ready. They were out of pumpkin slice. I attempted to use my points for a free bakery item and requested a blueberry muffin with butter. However, I was informed they had to charge me for the butter, which is not the case when using the app with points. Consequently, I left for work without butter for my breakfast, and my muffin wasn't even warmed up; it was just tossed in a bag.

I ordered a variety of a dozen donuts and a macchiato. The macchiato was good, and the service was great. However, I can't say the same about the donuts. I specifically asked for a variety, expecting two of each flavor, and I didn't even receive the pumpkin spice donut I requested. Instead, about 4/5 of the donuts were the same bland flavor, with only one of each of the good flavors. I was extremely disappointed. I didn't realize this until I walked all the way home, and while I take accountability for not checking beforehand, it was still very unfortunate.

My experience at this Dunkin' was truly outstanding! The employees here are so nice. I would recommend this Dunkin' over any other one. They even remembered my order after I visited just once, which really made my day!

I'm trying to understand why the Cleveland Lee Road location prices are higher than North Randall Oakwood and Garfield. A medium iced coffee is now $4. 50 on Lee Road, while it's under $3. 50 at all the outside of Cleveland locations. The people are nice, but the prices are too high.

My experience at the restaurant was a win-win! They make amazing Matcha Lattes, and my kiddos always devour the donuts. The staff is always pleasant 😄.

My experience at this restaurant was not ideal, especially if you drive for FedEx or UPS. The drive-through height is not sufficient for larger vehicles. Additionally, the dining room is consistently closed, limiting options for a sit-down meal. This made my visit inconvenient.

My experience at this restaurant was disappointing due to their pricing. I was charged six bucks for a large refresher without lemonade, which is double the price of other Dunkin's. I hope this place closes down as a result of their greed.

My experience was TRASH! A kid with glasses provided terrible service. He was rude and refused to warm up my meal, not preparing the food properly.

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The service was incredibly fast, and they always got my order correct. The staff was friendly, and the food was notably fresh. They offer a wide variety of choices for their donuts, and the coffee was also fresh. The atmosphere was rated a 5, and the service and food both received a 5 as well. Parking was a breeze with a free parking lot offering plenty of parking.
