Terrific GM, Amazing Food, and Quick Service!
My experience at this restaurant was terrific! The GM was outstanding, ensuring we were seated promptly despite the usual lines, which the group confirmed was worth the wait. I was genuinely blown away by the food quality and the speed of service; they were attentive without being pushy. Although the rain limited outdoor seating, we were comfortably dry and safe inside. It was a pleasure to meet and chat with the GM, who travels from Arizona. He truly ensured we were very happy with our food, service, and the overall experience. It was a perfect dinner!

Average Ramen with Some Quirks
My experience at this restaurant was pretty average. We ordered the red spicy broth (light). Despite customizing it to be light in broth and oil, it was noticeably thick. The broth also had a sweet flavor I couldn’t completely identify. The noodles were a little odd too; they didn’t feel as smooth as traditional ramen. The fried chicken was fried well, but the chicken flavor itself was lacking. Overall, the food was a 3 out of 5, service was a 4, and the atmosphere was a 3.

Wonderful Ramen Flavors, Limited Options
My experience at this restaurant was centered around their ramen. While I appreciated the wonderful flavors and the good range of spicy levels, I was disappointed by the lack of a chicken ramen option. The choices were limited to pork and veggie only. Despite this, the food itself was rated a 4 out of 5, and the vegetarian options, though only one, were considered good. The wait time was short, up to 10 minutes, and the atmosphere and service were rated a 3 out of 5. The price per person was between $20–30.

Amazing Food and Service!
This was my first time here, and the food was amazing and the customer service was even better! Brandon the host made our experience great and he gave us the best recommendations! If you think you had good ramen before, it definitely doesn’t compare to this one!

Average Ramen, Not Worth the Hype
My experience at the restaurant was underwhelming, especially considering the hype. I visited on a weekend and had to wait 30 minutes. The main issues were with the food. The ratio of broth to toppings was off; there were too many toppings, making it difficult to get a spoonful of broth. I ordered the chef's recommendation, which came with thin noodles, which I found unusual for a tonkatsu broth that typically uses thick noodles. The uncut egg was also a surprise and inconvenient to eat with chopsticks and a spoon. Furthermore, the egg wasn't cooked properly, with a half-solid yolk. The chashu was chewy and dry. Overall, the meal was not worth the hype and didn't stand out from other ramen places I've visited.

Good Food, Terrible Service
My experience at this restaurant was a mix of good and bad. The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was enjoyable, rated 5 out of 5. However, the service was a significant letdown, rated 1 out of 5. I had to wait under the sun for a long time to get seated, even though many seats were empty. After being seated, I waited another 20 minutes for my ramen. I definitely do not recommend this place unless you enjoy wasting your time.

Unique Flavors and Charming Ambiance
Ramen Nagi, a ramen spot in the corner of UTC, often has a line due to its small size and ordering process at the door. My first visit for the Black King ramen was just average. However, my second visit was more interesting, especially with their Halloween pumpkin flavor, which had a crispy texture like potato chips and tasted quite good. I enjoyed dining al fresco outside, appreciating the beautiful and uniquely charming environment. Service: 4, Atmosphere: 4, Food: 4.

Staff Training Needed Immediately!
My experience at this restaurant was deeply concerning due to a severe lack of hygiene and training among the staff. I witnessed a waiter, who works at the counter and handles food, repeatedly sneezing over the food. This is unacceptable, especially in a food preparation area. Anyone who is sick should not be working in a restaurant, as they are essentially distributing bacteria. Basic hygiene practices, like knowing how to sneeze properly in public, are essential and readily available through simple online resources.

Nagi Ramen: Decent, but other options preferred
I tried Nagi Ramen for the first time today and found it to be alright. While I enjoyed the thick noodles more than the thin ones, I generally prefer Ultra in the same mall. I would consider eating here again if the other ramen and udon places in the mall were busier. The service and atmosphere were both excellent, rated 5 out of 5.

Good Ramen, Long Wait
My experience at the restaurant was centered around their ramen. The ramen itself is good, and I appreciated the many customizations available. However, I'm unsure if it's worth the 30-minute wait in line 😅. The line is shorter on weekdays, which I recommend for a visit. The line does move pretty fast because the restaurant has a good system set up, but it still gets quite long.
