Best Bún Riêu in Town!
I found my new favorite Bún Riêu place. By far the best Bún Riêu in town. The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was great. The service was also top-notch.

Authentic Vietnamese Flavors - Must Try!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I ordered the Bun Bo Hue, and it was genuinely good. As a Vietnamese person, I can confidently say more people should come and try this place out. My friends also ordered Com Suon and Bun Rieu, and they found them to be very decent. The overall experience was excellent, with food, service, and atmosphere all receiving a perfect score.

Authentic Vietnamese Gem in San Diego
My experience at this restaurant was wonderful. The authentic Vietnamese food was delicious, making it one of the best in San Diego. I also appreciated the great outdoor area. Although we hadn't visited in a while, the owner still recognized us, which was a lovely touch. She was very sweet and welcoming, contributing to a positive atmosphere.

A Glimpse of Vietnamese Street Food
My experience at this restaurant offered a glimpse into Vietnamese street food, with the menu still evolving as they figure out what works best. We visited during peak lunch time on a Saturday, and thankfully, our food arrived quickly. Among the dishes we tried: * Chicken wing garlic fish sauce: These were perfectly crispy with the right seasoning. We enjoyed how they were fried and would have liked to try other flavors if we hadn't been too full. * Broken rice grilled pork: It was great that they offered legit broken rice. The bbq pork was nicely charred and moist, though the egg loaf was a bit dry. * Bánh canh tôm cua: This was our least favorite. The broth had a thick consistency, similar to egg drop soup, with starchy tapioca noodles. The broth lacked the flavor and shrimp essence found in other establishments. * Crispy fried egg noodle w beef: A safe and enjoyable choice, featuring crispy noodles topped with vegetables. * Periwinkle snails in coconut milk: The portion was generous. However, I prefer a more pronounced curry flavor; this dish had a watered-down coconut curry broth. * Mussels with green onion sauce: Prepared nicely, and dipping them in their sauce is essential for the full experience. For drinks, the coconut coffee had a good balance of coffee and coconut flavors without being too sweet. My friend's coconut kumquat was refreshing, with whole kumquats including the skin. She noted a hint of lemon and wished it were more sour and less sweet. Overall, I particularly enjoyed the seafood items, which reminded me of a night market. If we return, I'd opt for the escargot as they appear larger and require less effort than the snails.

New Restaurant, Limited Seafood Options
My experience at this restaurant was mixed. The place is quite new and the space is large, but it felt a bit cramped. The seafood dishes were not very diverse, but they were acceptable. Overall, it was a decent experience.

Amazing Steak and Pate, Will Return
I decided to try this restaurant based on recommendations. My experience was largely positive, especially with the sizzling platter featuring steak and pate, which was absolutely amazing. While I was sad that Razor Clams were unavailable, we enjoyed the escargot and scallops. I would definitely come again.

Interesting Dishes, Good Service
My experience at the restaurant involved trying a few interesting dishes. I had the charred scallops, which had good flavors, though they weren't as charred as the street food version. The staff were nice and the food came out quick.

Delicious and Familiar Vietnamese Flavors
I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! I tried the 7-level spicy noodles and absolutely loved them. It was great to find this dish, which is a favorite among young Vietnamese people, at this establishment. My friend also enjoyed their dry “hu tieu go” Saigon-style. To drink, we ordered a coconut kumquat drink and a milk tea. Everything tasted wonderful and brought a sense of familiarity.
