Great Service, Disappointing Food
My experience at this restaurant was a mix of exceptional service and disappointing food. The service was truly outstanding. The cashier was incredibly helpful, offering numerous options to meet our needs, even suggesting splitting or combining pieces and custom-making a pizza slice.
When the waiter brought out the food, he was very nice and attentive, bringing my daughter's order separately and ensuring she had what she needed. He also brought out the rest of the pizza slices along with Parmesan, red pepper flakes, and Italian seasoning. The customer service was further highlighted when a worker switched the game on the big screen, seemingly for my son, who was wearing a Sea Hawks sweater.
This level of attentiveness and customer care was greatly appreciated. However, the food quality was a significant letdown. The pizza slices were left out all day and reheated, resulting in a lack of freshness.
While the flavors of the Southwest Chicken Ranch and Pesto Chicken were "yummy, " they would have been much better fresh. My daughter, a "meat lovers super fan, " found her slice to be the "worst meat lovers she ever had" and didn't finish it. My son, usually satisfied with just pepperoni, was also unsatisfied with this pepperoni pizza and didn't finish his slice either.
Despite the excellent service, the core of the dining experience, the food, did not meet expectations, especially for the children.

Giant Pizzas, Great Surprise!
I just wanted to pick up a couple of pizzas. My "bird brain" ordered two 28" pizzas, and I was shocked about the size. We were still glad we got them, as it allowed us to share these giant pizzas with our brother who lives nearby!
The food was a 5/5, and the service and atmosphere were also rated a 5/5. It's a very kid-friendly place with plenty of free parking. The vegetarian offerings were somewhat recommended, with a dedicated vegetarian menu or section.
We had no wait time for our lunch.
