Great Wings, Terrible Service
My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. The wings were bomb! , earning a perfect 5/5 for food. However, the service was bad, and they seemed to take forever. It was also frustrating that they always ran out of everything. I always take my order to go, as the location isn’t the best. The atmosphere also received a low score of 2/5.

Poor Service and Slow Food
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The machine rarely has ice, and the employees hide in the kitchen, making it difficult to get help when needed. The counter design obstructs the view of the kitchen, which might explain the slow food delivery, possibly due to staff chatting. You've been warned.

First and Last Visit
This was my very first time eating here, and it will definitely be my last. The signs displayed on the window were false advertisements. Additionally, the menu should clearly state in small print that a minimum number of wings must be purchased to avoid the meal automatically becoming a combo 👎🏼.

Unacceptable Opening Hours and Service
My experience at this restaurant was extremely frustrating. The store hours indicated an opening time of 10: 30 AM. However, I waited for over 40 minutes and personally witnessed at least 10 other customers leave because the General Manager never showed up or called to open the store. This lack of communication and adherence to stated hours is unacceptable.

Online Order Delay at Pickup
I placed my order online and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. However, when I arrived at the store to pick up my order, they had barely started making it. I ended up waiting another 25 minutes for my food to be ready, even though the store wasn't busy when I walked in. This was a significant delay from the initial estimate.

Horrible Service and Food
My experience at this restaurant was horrible. The customer service was unprofessional and very rude, specifically from the guy with glasses working. He seemed to hate his job and should quit if he feels that way. I found the establishment to be disgusting and rude. I will never return here, primarily due to the horrible customer service. Additionally, my fries were horrible, with barely any fries. This Wingstop needs to be shut down ASAP.

Missing Order and Poor Resolution
My experience at this restaurant was incredibly frustrating. I only went here expecting to receive my full order, but ended up with half of it missing. This was only discovered upon arriving home. When I contacted the restaurant, I was told I could only get what I paid for, with no refund offered. To resolve this, I would have to drive back with all the original items. Despite asking, no compensation was offered or given. Given that the store's incompetence was the root of the problem, it was a very annoying process that resulted in a complete waste of my money and time.

Great Food, Terrible Service Experience
My experience at this restaurant was marred by terrible customer service. The employees did not acknowledge customers in line and provided little to no information about order status. Despite ordering for pickup an hour in advance, I waited 30 minutes past the designated time. The person at the register was blunt and rude when I inquired about the wait time. I'm disappointed because the food is great, but the wait time and treatment were horrible.
