I hate giving bad reviews, but I feel it's necessary here. We had a burrito, enchiladas, and a quesadilla. The quesadilla was great, but it's pretty hard to mess that up. The burrito and enchiladas were bad. There was no flavor. No taste. I'm very confident, nothing was homemade. The enchiladas weren't warm or hot, and the cheese inside wasn't melted. The tortillas dipped in sauce and that was it. The refried beans were cold and flavorless. The rice had color, but tasted whiter than me. Hopefully, it was just a bad day for them, but I can't justify trying it again.

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The amazing staff truly helped me get exactly what I was craving. It has quickly become my new favorite spot on Mission.

I would give this restaurant 0 stars if possible, but since that's not an option, I'm rating it one star. The customer service was terrible.

Unfortunately, no amount of sauce could salvage the dish, and I don't believe I even tasted the avocado. I suspect I should have stuck with my usual carne asada, but I'm uncertain if I'll return for that either. Given the restaurant's high reviews, it's likely I just ordered the wrong menu item and should have consulted recommendations before deciding. Therefore, I'd advise skipping the birria super burrito and opting for other menu items that have received positive feedback from others.

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic. The food was great, with the meat being fresh and nicely seasoned. I tried the sope de carne asada, and my wife had the asada taco. We found this place to be significantly better than Farolito, which we had tried just minutes before. Coming from SoCal, we've experienced many taco spots, including those in Tijuana, and this restaurant stands out.

Mama Mari's has become my go-to burrito spot. Unlike Guadalajara, which consistently gives me a stomach-ache, and El Farolito, which always skimps on avocado, Mama Mari's excels. Their food is always well seasoned, flavorful, and fresh. The staff are genuinely friendly, and the filling burritos are a great value for the quality! SOOO good!
